The 2025 CT4 is driven by the turbocharged 2.0L I4 LSY gasoline engine, rated at 237 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque, mated to GM’s eight-speed automatic transmission. The turbocharged 2.7L I4 L3B and GM 10-speed automatic transmission, rated at 310 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque, is an option on the Premium Luxury trim.

Meanwhile, the L3B engine powering the CT4-V is rated at 325 horsepower and 380 pound-feet of torque and employs the 10-speed automatic transmission. The CT4-V also gets Performance Traction Management with Launch Control included as standard, along with Magnetic Ride Control and an electronic limited-slip differential.

Rear-wheel drive is standard, while all-wheel drive is optional on all these variants.

Meanwhile, the 2025 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing represents the fourth model year for the high-performance sedan, unveiling a new limited-run variant, namely the Petit Pataud Edition, as part of the ongoing luxury marque’s Collector Series portfolio.

The 2025 CT4-V Blackwing runs the twin-turbocharged 3.6L V6 LF4 gasoline engine, rated at 472 horsepower and 445 pound-feet of torque. The GM six-speed manual transmission is standard, while the 10-speed auto is optional – both exclusively power the rear wheels.

  1. Get a used 4 BW, tons on the market for amazing prices! Then go and buy a plug in ODBII device from Burger Tuning/Tapout for $700, adds another 80 hp and 70 lbs of torque!

  2. When I sat in the CT4, that had me moving over to the CT5 instead. The CT4 is too cramped, too small, and the trunk was useless. I couldn’t imagine myself in the CT4. Same for my passengers. So I made the deal on the CT5 instead.
