Initially launched for the 2023 model year, the latest 2025 iteration introduces several notable updates, including additional standard features, three new paint options, and revised package content. The 4WD-only AT4 trim is priced at $47,295, offering rugged enhancements for off-road enthusiasts. At the top of the range, the Denali trim commands a starting price of $53,595, offering the highest level of luxury in the lineup. Prices listed here include $1,595 for destination freight charge.

Among the most expensive options for the 2025 Canyon is the ATX4 AEV Edition package (RPO code XEV), which adds even more specialized off-road enhancements to the AT4 trim for $10,100. Another notable option is the AT4X Package (RPO code XEW), priced at $6,980, bundling performance upgrades for off-road adventures. For those readers who may have missed it, the AT4X is now a package, rather than a standalone trim level. The AT4X package requires choosing the $1,395 AT4 Premium Package (PCU) and the $3,050 Technology Package (PDG) beforehand, and must be selected before opting for the AEV Edition package.

For buyers seeking a stylish appearance, the Nightfall Edition (RPO code XNF) is available for the AT4 trim for $4,595, featuring unique blacked-out accents. The Off-Road Front Bumper Package (RPO code X31), priced at $4,495, is available for the AT4. Finally, the Denali Black Edition (RPO code PCR), available exclusively for the Denali trim, is priced at $3,495 and enhances the truck’s premium aesthetics with additional details​.

  3. The option that catches my eye is… to forego purchasing a 2025 Canyon due to its exorbitant price. My ’19 Colorado extended cab listed for $37k, here we are, not even 6 years later, and the equivalent (as close as possible) AT4 is now STARTING at $10k more. I just do not see $10k in additional value in a truck that has two fewer cylinders, and the same or worse real world fuel mileage. Also, in a desperate attempt to stand out in a small crowd, they made the front end look straight-up weird.

  5. Need long bed back!!! If you put the spare tire back there like the at4 or even a truck box, there is no room left.

  6. I’m waiting to see when a normal silver or machine faced wheel will be made std on the base Elevation version and make the black wheels optional or part of a specific blackout package.

  7. So, the Denali package is not available in the Rapids Metallic. I assume that is their blue replacement.
