Refreshed as the last of four General Motors full-size SUVs to get an overhaul in 2025, the 2025 GMC Yukon debuts updated exterior styling cues, new paint colors, and the introduction of two new trim levels. The cabin also gets a refresh, with this article looking in depth at 2025 model year GMC Yukon interior colorways.
The 2025 GMC Yukon interior features seven colorways in all, with the model’s five trims – Elevation, AT4, AT4 Ultimate, Denali and Denali Ultimate – each offering either one or two interior choices.
Seat upholstery on the lower trims uses CoreTec fabric, a synthetic GM leather that is pleasing to the touch and offers resistance to wears, spills, and stains while being easy to clean. Higher trims get perforated leather or full grain leather seating. The chart shown here summarizes the details of availability and materials:

In addition to a refreshed exterior and changes to the GMC Yukon interior, some features are added – and one is retired – with the arrival of the SUV’s 2025 model year. The previous SLE and SLT trim levels are dropped, replaced by a single entry-level configuration, the Elevation trim. Meanwhile, the AT4 gets a rugged, off-road capable, but premium variant with the addition of the AT4 Ultimate trim level.
Six new appearance packages get added to the list of available options, many specific to a single trim. The 2025 GMC Yukon towing capabilities get a boost with new towing technology offered for the model year. The SUV also loses a feature, however – the 40/20/40 split front bench seat (RPO code AZ3) has been eliminated and replaced with bucket seats flanking a central console.
The GM Authority reveal of 2025 Yukon prices shows the most affordable trim level as the rear-wheel drive Elevation priced at $68,895, while the 4WD variant is priced at $3,000 more or $71,895. Starting MSRP is set at $103,295 for the Denali Ultimate trim as the vehicle’s most expensive variant, with only four-wheel drive available. Buyers can try out different builds using the official configurator on the GMC website.
GM updated availability of engines on various trim levels following the shakeup of trims. Powertrains include the naturally aspirated 5.3L V8 L84 gasoline engine rated at 355 horsepower and 383 pound-feet of torque, the 6.2L V8 L87 providing 420 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque, and the 3.0L I6 LZ0 turbodiesel Duramax cranking out 305 horsepower and 495 pound-feet of torque.
The GMC Yukon continues to ride on the GM T1 platform. The GM Arlington Assembly plant in Texas produces the SUV.
