Following the official announcement of the site as the first Cadillac location in Australia, General Motors has opened the brand-new Cadillac Sydney Experience Center in the Australian city.
The automaker has officially opened the brand-new Cadillac Sydney Experience Center at the new state-of-the-art Rosebery Engine Yards, a modern premium lifestyle retail space recently launched as one of the most iconic shopping centers in all of Australia. The opening of the new Cadillac Sydney center represents the definitive move that consolidates the launch of the luxury brand in the largest country in Oceania.
“Our General Motors Australia New Zealand team achieved some of our most exciting milestone to date with the opening of our first Cadillac Experience Center in Sydney,” said Managing Director at GM Australia & New Zealand, Jess Bala. “Located in the historic Rosebery Engine Yards in Sydney, this Experience Center marks the official launch in Australia,” she added.
Located in the inner-southern suburb of Rosebery, the Cadillac Sydney Experience Center occupies an open-plan 9,000-square-foot space in the exclusive business district and features an innovative industrial design concept that combines heritage with modern luxury. With unique product and people interaction areas, Cadillac’s first location in Australia will offer more comprehensive and superior customer service than traditional dealerships.
In addition to the eye-catching catwalk displaying several Cadillac Lyriq models – the brand’s first model offered locally, the Cadillac Sydney Experience Center features several lounge and recreation areas with personalized customer service. At the same time, the facility features a dozen branded parking spaces, three covered service bays, multiple delivery bays and a dedicated state-of-the-art service center.
The brand-new Cadillac Sydney Experience Center is open to the public in Australia’s largest and most populous city, marking the brand’s first direct-selling, lifestyle flagship store in the country in lieu of traditional showrooms. Cadillac Australia revealed it also plans to open two further experience centers in Melbourne and Brisbane, due to open during calendar year 2025.
