Comments
Try and find a halfway decent deal on the remaining units. Unlike Ford, when the Fusion was being broomed, you could buy one for half off. I did. Absurd times we live in right now.
This is an excelent car that should have been updated by Chevrolet instead of facing it up. I used to buy american but I´m not willing and will not buy a SUV or a crossover, not today, not never, because I simply don´t like them. Now I have bought german. I will continue buying sedans and will do it from the brand that offers me one.
An american icon sedan being made no more by GM what a shame. All they sell now is SUV’s and Trucks and small SUV’s made in another country. What happened to the American car company GM that lead the way? What a joke upper management is pushing EV’s on everyone!
I tire people bashing GM on cutting the Bu. GM held out longer than most and are still trying to sell off the cars as they move slow. It is a good car but the market is in decline.
The imports can sell their cars as they sell globally so the decline here even for them is off set with global markets.
American tire of small sedans with limited seating. Then trunks that have small openings.
Veil established like a Chevy Trax are a bit larger. They can haul more and have more passenger room. GM also designed it to be able to be sold at a lower price than the Bu.
I often as in these posts here who actually has opened or owns a Bu recently. Often maybe one person.
I owned one until last year and it was a good car but I got tired of un boxing items to get them in the trunk.
We have a Blazer now and it is much more useful with more room.
To me the Malibu went downhill when they forced consumers with the 1.6L turbo and CVT combo. My wife bought a very low mileage 2020 Premier with the 2.0L turbo and 9 speed auto. Nice looking car and quite fun to drive.
