Titan Fuel Tanks has expanded its product line to include an XXL replacement fuel tank specifically designed for Duramax-powered units of the light-duty Chevy Silverado. Recently unveiled at this year’s SEMA show in Las Vegas, the massive 43-gallon tank will fit 2019-and-newer Chevy Silverado 1500 models, and provides a significant upgrade over the stock 24-gallon tank, adding 19 extra gallons of fuel capacity. Installation of the larger tank is framed as a simple, bolt-in process, and the tank includes a lifetime warranty to boot.
Constructed from High-Density Cross-Linked Polyethylene, or (XLHDPE), the tank is both durable and corrosion-resistant, boasting a thickness of at least one-quarter inch. Installation is relatively straightforward and eliminates the need for any fabrication or cutting. Titan also includes a black-coated, galvanized steel mounting strap and a front support system, ensuring secure and long-lasting installation, as well as compatibility with the original factory sending unit, or a range of aftermarket options from Fleece, Airdog, Fass, and others, if applicable.
Titan’s 43-gallon tank includes the option for other features as well, such as a Universal Pickup Tube and Return System, and the option to integrate a Transfer Pump Kit. This transfer kit is complete with a universal mounting bracket and allows users to transfer fuel from the tank to other vehicles or equipment, making it a convenient solution for long-haul journeys or fieldwork.
The setup supports users who want to “stay on the road longer, tackle more ambitious projects, and explore farther than ever before,” Titan explains, all while maintaining the vehicle’s off-road capabilities.
The new 43-gallon fuel tank for diesel-powered units of the Chevy Silverado 1500 is compatible with Crew Cab / Short Bed and Standard Bed body configurations, and fits Silverado models produced between the 2019 through 2025 model years. The tank is priced at $1,369, per the Titan Fuel Tanks website.

Need to put those in the 2500 GMC Duramax trucksW
Wildest looking fuel tank ive ever seen ! I wonder now how hard is that to remove if needed to ??
The old R/V series Suburbans had an optional 40 gal tank; I could squeeze 43 gal in it and with the old 6.2l diesel I could leave Mich and cross the Florida border with out a fill up.
Oh, my poor bladder!
If they could get the fuel gauge and miles til empty issues corrected I’d buy this tank right away.
Too much money. It’s plastic.
Yeehaw I can drive further and polute more now
How does this affect ground clearance? Does it fit flush w the underbody like the stock tank?
Just wondering if this tank or another one have fit in a Tahoe or Yukon?
