General Motors has just announced the launch of the refreshed 2025 Chevy S10 in Argentina, where it finally introduces the latest evolution of the truck that received multiple design, technology, and powertrain improvements to improve its level of competitiveness in the market. The automaker’s Argentine subsidiary hopes to take advantage of the stabilization of the economy and the elimination of import restrictions to reposition the 2025 S10 in the strongest segment of the country.

“The pickup truck segment is one of the largest and most competitive in the Argentine market. The New S10 arrives with new configurations to position itself as one of the most innovative in the category with high comfort, technology, safety and performance,” said Commercial Director of GM Argentina, Raúl Mier. “The new S10 is not only more powerful and comfortable, but also includes a new 5-year or 150,000 km warranty to provide the support that our customers expect,” he added.

Particularly, the refreshed 2025 Chevy S10 is launching in Argentina with an initial range of Work Truck (WT), LTZ and High Country trim levels that broadly satisfy the preferences of pickup truck users. The WT features a basic finish, focused primarily on fleet customers, while the LTZ and High Country variants offer two different configuration levels for individual customers.

All 2025 Chevy S10 variants are powered by the next-generation 2.8L I4 turbodiesel Duramax engine that delivers 207 horsepower and 376 pound-feet of torque. The engine is mated to the six-speed manual transmission on the rear-wheel-drive WT and to GM’s latest eight-speed automatic transmission on better-equipped 4WD units.

The refreshed 2025 Chevy S10 is now available for sale at the brand’s dealer network in Argentina, where units continue to arrive imported from the GM São José dos Campos plant in Brazil. It comes standard with an 11-inch infotainment system screen and a digital driver instrument cluster, as well as a comprehensive list of safety equipment – which is maximized in the High Country. Here is pricing for the three 2025 S10 variants in Argentina:

  • 2025 S10 WT: 36,949,900 pesos (about $37,220 USD at current exchange rates)
  • 2025 S10 LTZ: 58,548,900 pesos ($58,980 USD)
  • 2025 S10 High Country: 62,074,900 pesos ($62,530 USD)
