The GMC Hummer EV introduced GM’s BT1 platform to the world when it first came out for the 2022 model year. Now, the 2025 model has a more fleshed-out lineup comprising the Hummer EV Pickup and Hummer EV SUV with a number of options for trims, option packages, individual options, and, of course, paint and wheel options.
Let’s take a closer look at the pricing of the 2025 GMC Hummer EV and see how high the price tag can go when fully loaded.

Although the Hummer EV Pickup and Hummer EV SUV have the same starting price for both the 2X and 3X trims, the Pickup gets more expensive at the top end. This is mainly because of options available for the Pickup that are unavailable for the SUV.
For example, the Hummer EV Pickup has a $7,895 Bedslide Carrier and Power Truck Bed Cover Package (LPO PCR) that you can’t get with the SUV because it doesn’t have a bed. Another expensive Pickup-only option is the 24-module battery pack (RPO ETN) for $9,995, which unlocks the Hummer’s maximum performance potential with 1,000 horsepower and a 3-second 0-60 mph time in Watts to Freedom mode. Fully loaded, the Pickup can cost as much as $151,852.
Despite lacking a few options, we wouldn’t call the GMC Hummer EV SUV cheap. When fully loaded, the price can climb to $134,702.

Some changes for the 2025 GMC Hummer EV include the official elimination of the 2 trim level and the Omega Edition, the subtraction of four paint options, the addition of two new ones, the reintroduction of the Sky Convertible Top (RPO SBD), and a new Dark Essentials Package (PDB). Pricing starts at $98,845 for both the Pickup and SUV, and the SUV configurator and Pickup configurator are both live.
The 2X trim equips a pair of GM drive motors, while the 3X trim is powered by three motors. Despite this difference, both trims of the SUV send power to their motors from the same 20-module battery pack utilizing GM battery technology unless you spring for the aforementioned 24-module battery available in the Pickup.
Production takes place at the GM Factory Zero plant in Michigan.
