Designed as a fun and sporty compact crossover as part of Cadillac’s expanding stable of EVs, the 2025 Cadillac Optiq officially debuted in the U.S. in May 2024 with fastback styling and a cockpit headlined by a huge 33-inch LED display. Here, GM Authority is zooming in on the interior colorways offered for the model’s inaugural year.
In total, six interior colorways are on offer for the 2025 Cadillac Optiq. Two of these are available for both the Luxury 1 and Sport 1 trim levels, while the other four are shared by the Luxury 2 and range-topping Sport 2 trims. While a black colorway, Noir, is offered for all trim levels, several other hues can be optioned, too.
Upholstery for all 2025 Cadillac Optiq interior colorways consists of Inteluxe. Unlike some of the marque’s other models, genuine leather is not offered on higher trim levels. Inteluxe is a GM brand name for leatherette or faux leather, and as usual is tough, wear-resistant and easy-to-clean. The table below shows colorway availability across the Optiq trims:
Interior | Seat | Trim | Color Code | Luxury 1 | Sport 1 | Luxury 2 | Sport 2 |

The use of Inteluxe is likely a nod to environmental and vegetarian or vegan buyers, with fully recycled fabric used for accents and trim pieces consisting of tulipwood and recycled newspaper. The model has many tech goodies and safety features available, including but not limited to GM Super Cruise, Adaptive Cruise Control, Blind Zone Steering Assist, Enhanced Automatic Parking, and Forward Collision Alert.
Pricing for the Optiq starts at a relatively affordable $54,390 for the Luxury 1 trim, as GM Authority previously uncovered, with a $1,495 destination freight charge included. The priciest trim level, the Sport 2, features a starting MSRP of $57,090. The official configurator is currently live so potential buyers can try out various builds.
Motivation is supplied the 2025 Optiq by a dual-motor, all-wheel drive configuration of  GM electric drive motors. Output is rated at 300 horsepower and 354 pound-feet of torque, with the 85 kW GM battery pack providing 300 miles of range per charge.
Meanwhile, the GM BEV3 platform provides structure to the Optiq under the sheet metal. Production for the North American market takes place exclusively at the GM Ramos Arizpe plant in Mexico.

Another electric vehicle that few want to buy. Cadillac has dropped the ball in forcing these electric vehicles on us. So many I know are going to foreign ice vehicles. Xt5 gone, Xt4 soon gone, Xt6 not long for this world either. CT4 probably gone after next year, and the conversion of the Lansing plant to electric will kill off the CT5 Blackwing.
RVK, how does Cadillac “force” a particular model on you? They make both ICE and electric cars. There are plenty of customers for both types. You can choose what ever you want, in the same way you choose colors, rims, etc.
Got mine ordered, should have been built this week – going to be an awesome, awesome ride.
Good job Cadillac with building the Optiq. It’s a nice looking vehicle and I like the interior choices. It doesn’t have that plain spartan look of a Tesla interior. In today’s world the price isn’t that bad either.
