General Motors announced the opening of an all-new showroom at GM Korea’s newly renovated Seoul Service Center.
The automaker’s South Korean subsidiary opened an all-new showroom at its Seoul Service Center, located in the Yangpyeong-dong district of South Korea’s capital. GM Korea’s new corporate showroom debuted as a unique space where customers can experience Cadillac, Chevrolet and GMC products, receiving comprehensive service from purchase to maintenance.
“The opening of the directly operated Seoul Service Center showroom is part of GM’s customer service innovation,” said Vice President of Sales, Service and Marketing for GM Korea, Gustavo Colossi. “Not only will customers be able to experience GM’s various brands at once in the same space, but the service center’s functions will also be expanded to include sales, providing product consultations, test drives, and purchases, to making a powerful brand experience,” he added.
Specifically, GM Korea’s new showroom at the Seoul Service Center is located on the ground floor of the service building that until now only featured diagnostic areas and workshops dedicated to vehicle maintenance. As such, this is the first time that GM’s Seoul Service Center includes a display and sales area for products from all three of the manufacturer’s brands in the Asian country.
Featuring a minimalist look that combines gray floor colors with white as the predominant color scheme, the Seoul Service Center Showroom features a modern reception area with large windows where the most iconic vehicles of each brand are displayed – including the Cadillac Lyriq and Escalade, GMC Sierra Denali and Chevy Trax. In addition, it has a luxurious indoor lounge space where visitors can receive product quotes and other inquiries.
GM Korea’s all-new Seoul Service Center showroom is now open to the public. In addition to the showroom and consultation space on the ground floor, the facility features a basement parking lot with capacity for 180 vehicles, maintenance and repair bays on the second and fourth floors, body and paint shops on the fifth and sixth floors, as well as an office area on the seventh and eighth floors.
