The refreshed 2025 Chevy Tahoe and 2025 Chevy Suburban were officially announced in Mexico in the middle of the year, and now, the new full-size SUVs have just arrived in the Latin country.
General Motors’ Mexican subsidiary officially launched the refreshed 2025 Chevy Tahoe and 2025 Chevy Suburban in the domestic market of that country, where the Bow Tie brand’s models have been leading their category as the best-selling body-on-frame SUVs for almost 20 years. Both models are coming to the Mexican market to reinforce their commercial dominance with a renewed design, a next-generation interior and enhanced safety features.
“Since 2006, Chevrolet has been the leader in the large SUV category in Mexico, with 60 percent market share and more than 74,000 units sold,” said Marketing Manager for Chevrolet at GM Mexico, Angel Pacheco. “No one other than Chevrolet and General Motors have produced a vehicle for more than 89 years without interruption, which has allowed us to build a unique legacy for Suburban,” he added.
As previously announced by the automaker, both the refreshed 2025 Chevy Tahoe and 2025 Chevy Suburban are coming to Mexico with the same equipment groups as the outgoing models. In this sense, the 2025 Tahoe range includes LT, RST, Z71 and High Country trim levels, while the 2025 Suburban is offered with one fewer trim level, the off-road-focused Z71.
Likewise, the 2025 Chevy Tahoe and Suburban for the Mexican market retain the 5.3L V8 L84 and 6.2L V8 L87 naturally aspirated gasoline engines – depending on the trim level – coupled exclusively to GM’s 10-speed automatic transmission. In addition, Chevy’s renewed large SUVs stand out for offering the most complete package of technology and driver assistance systems in their category.
The refreshed 2025 Chevy Tahoe and 2025 Chevy Suburban will be available for sale starting next week at Chevrolet’s official dealer network in Mexico, with units imported from the GM Arlington plant in Texas. Mexican customers will be able to choose from eight exterior colors and three interior color combinations, as well as customize them with official accessories. Here are the prices for both models:

Overpriced. I believe a Trailblazer 4×4 S10 is a better option…but it exists only in Brazil.
