The 2025 Chevy Traverse debuts the second model year for the latest third-generation crossover, bringing with it a few important updates and changes. Among these is a revised trim level lineup, including the reintroduction of the High Country, as well as deletion of the LS trim level. Now, customers should take note that this is the final week in which the 2025 Chevy Traverse will be available to order in Harvest Bronze Metallic paint (color code GXN).
It’s currently unclear if Harvest Bronze Metallic will be available to order for the 2026-model-year Traverse, or if it will be replaced by an entirely new paint color.
For now, at least, the 2025 Chevy Traverse only offers Harvest Bronze Metallic paint in conjunction with the Z71 trim level. Harvest Bronze Metallic paint is not available for the Traverse LT, RS, or High Country trims. Harvest Bronze Metallic paint is only available in conjunction with the Jet Black with Torch Red accents interior colorway, and is offered as a no-charge option.
Harvest Bronze Metallic paint was introduced to the Chevy Traverse paint options list in conjunction with the 2024 model year, dropping in alongside two other new exterior paint options, namely Lakeshore Blue Metallic and Stardust Metallic, all three of which served as replacements for three outgoing paint options.
The third-gen Chevy Traverse introduces new styling that takes on a tougher, more truck-like aesthetic, including Chevy’s “High Brow” design language and a dual-tier lighting configuration. The exterior also features Chevy’s shark fin-style C-pillar treatment. Inside, the third-gen Traverse cabin design is headlined by a 17.7-inch diagonal color infotainment screen, which is equipped as standard spec across the lineup. The Chevy Safety Assist package is standard as well, and includes a long list of safety tech items, such as Automatic Emergency Braking (RPO code UHY), Front Pedestrian braking (RPO code UKJ), and Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning (RPO code UHX), among others.
The third-gen Traverse is motivated by the turbocharged 2.5L I4 LK0 gasoline engine, while the GM C1 platform provides the bones. Vehicle assembly takes place at the GM Lansing Delta Township plant, which is located in Michigan.

Nice looking car which I would love to have if it didn’t have that stupid and pathetic four cylinder engine!
If you haven’t driven one give it a chance. Trading our V6 in for the new gen. It has plenty of scoot and has proven reliable so far on the truck-based applications.
Huh, so a big bump in hp and torque make it stupid and pathetic? What was pathetic was them using a car engine all these years and people like you who think that is superior. This turbo four is better in every way. GM made a smart move going this route and the entire industry is heading this direction…
This color looks great on screen, but looks like poop-brown in person.
I had high hopes before seeing this first hand. It had potential to be a great looking color with nice deep bronze hues, but it has way too much green in it.
I had it on my 23 MY Silverado 1500 LTZ. I liked it simply because it was different. Is it everyone’s cup of tea? No, but that’s what made me like it. Better than the 4 colors my High Country was offered in.
