Here Are The Most Popular 2024 Corvette Wheels

The big story for the 2024 Chevy Corvette was the introduction of the E-Ray, the first-ever hybrid Corvette. However, the 2024 Corvette also received some smaller updates, including some new wheel options.

Now that the 2024 model year for the Corvette has concluded, let’s take a look at the year’s most popular wheel options for the three C8 variants. There’s a total of 22 distinct wheel options, and a consistent theme you’ll notice is that the people want black wheels on their Corvettes.

Here are the most popular rollers for the 2024 Corvette Stingray.

Most Popular 2024 Corvette Stingray Wheels
Wheels RPO Coupe Convertible Total
5-open-spoke Carbon Flash-painted aluminum wheels with machined edge Q8Q 4,762 2,686 7,448
5-open-spoke Bright Silver-painted aluminum wheels Q8P 4,432 2,655 7,087
20-spoke Gloss Black forged aluminum wheels Q9I 3,672 2,821 6,493
20-spoke Midnight Gray forged aluminum wheels with Red stripe Q9A 2,368 1,994 4,362
20-spoke bright machined-face forged aluminum wheels Q99 1,809 1,773 3,582
5-split-spoke Satin Graphite forged aluminum wheels with machined edge Q9O 754 541 1,295
5-split-spoke machined-face Sterling Silver-painted forged aluminum wheels Q9Y 342 333 675

Surprisingly, the most popular wheels are not the standard-issue five-open-spoke Bright Silver-painted aluminum wheels (RPO Q8P). Instead, the most popular rollers are the Carbon Flash-painted wheels with a machined edge (Q8Q), a $995 option. The other wheel option that costs $995 is the third most popular: Gloss Black forged aluminum (Q9I). With the exception of the most popular 2024 Corvette wheels, the wheel options generally get less popular as the price goes up.

Visible carbon fiber wheels with Red stripe STZ 115 172 287
Carbon Flash-painted carbon fiber wheels ROY 111 137 248

The 2024 Z06 follows a pattern similar to the Stingray; the most popular wheels are not the standard wheels. The standard Spider design, Titanium Satin forged wheels (SOE) are the second-most popular, while the $495 Spider Design, Black Forged aluminum wheels (SOA), are the favorites among Z06 buyers. Unsurprisingly, the carbon fiber wheel options, which all cost over $10,000, aren’t as popular as the forged aluminum wheels.

Most Popular 2024 Corvette E-Ray Wheels
Wheels RPO Coupe Convertible Total
Gloss Black forged aluminum wheels SON 172 215 387
Pearl Nickel forged aluminum wheels ROU 144 144 288

Visible carbon fiber wheels ROZ 29 67 96
Carbon Flash-painted carbon fiber wheels ROY 27 37 64
Visible carbon fiber wheels with Red stripe STZ 20 36 56

You guessed it: the standard wheels (ROU) are the second-most popular wheel option for the 2024 E-Ray, just like the other two 2024 Corvette variants. The most popular is a set of Gloss Black forged aluminum wheels (SON), which cost $495. Its other E-Ray-specific wheel options are a little pricier, driving down their popularity, and the hybrid Chevy Corvette has the same carbon fiber wheel options as the Z06 with a similar level of popularity since they’re prohibitively expensive.

  1. IMHO, black wheels look like someone stole your hubcaps or your driving around on 4 spare tires.
