General Motors refreshed the fifth-generation GMC Yukon full-size SUV in conjunction with the 2025 model year, debuting an overhauled cabin, a long list of technology features, and two new trim levels. Naturally, the refresh also included revised exterior styling. Now, we’re taking a closer look at the refreshed 2025 GMC Yukon Denali Ultimate thanks to the following GM Authority Live Photo Gallery.
As the range-topper of the GMC Yukon lineup, the Denali Ultimate trim level presents a number of interesting exterior aesthetic enhancements. Just some of the highlighters include a unique front grille design, as well as Vader Chrome trim bits, the latter of which can be found around the grille and in the side body moldings. The front end also shows off the new 2025 GMC Yukon fascia, which incorporates reshaped C-style lighting signatures in the upper corners of the fascia.
The Denali Ultimate trim is equipped with standard 24-inch selective machined and After Midnight Metallic-painted wheels. That said, this particular example is equipped with an optional set of rollers, specifically the 24-inch Black wheels (RPO code 5FG).
Moving down the flanks, we see this 2025 GMC Yukon covered in White Frost Tricoat paint (paint code G1W), an optional hue that’s only available on Denali and Denali Ultimate trim levels, priced at $1,095. Meanwhile, Elevation, AT4, and the new-for-2025 AT4 Ultimate trims offer Summit White paint (paint code GAZ), which is the only no-cost color in the 2025 GMC Yukon paint color options list. Also notable are the black sideview mirrors and black Denali badging in the doors. Check out our previous coverage for a full breakdown of 2025 GMC Yukon pricing, including all options and packages.
The 2025 GMC Yukon is available with three powertrain options, including the naturally aspirated 5.3L V8 L84 gasoline engine, the naturally aspirated 6.2L V8 L87 gasoline engine, and 3.0L I6 LZ0 turbodiesel Duramax engine, the latter of which replaces the LM2 turbodiesel engine offered previously. Under the skin, the GMC Yukon rides on the GM T1 platform, while production takes place at the GM Arlington plant in Texas.

Pretty sure this is the Denali 25th Anniversary …not the Ultimate. Thanks GMA!
