The 2025 Chevy Trailblazer is a stylish subcompact crossover, partially because of its two-tone roof, which is available on the sporty RS and rugged Activ models. However, this look is not for everyone. Chevy is making the Trailblazer a little more customizable by adding an option to remove an option.
When one of the following paint colors is chosen, the 2025 Chevy Trailblazer Activ usually includes a Summit White painted roof (color code J33): Mosaic Black Metallic (GB0), Nitro Yellow Metallic (GHS), Marina Blue Metallic (GKN), Cacti Green (GVR), or Sterling Gray Metallic (GZB).

However, it’s now possible to override the two-tone roof combination by choosing the Two-tone roof delete option (RPO PDR). The 2025 Chevy Trailblazer Activ will then be painted in a single color to the buyer’s liking. Of note, this doesn’t affect the Trailblazer Activ when finished in Iridescent Pearl Tricoat (GP5), which doesn’t have a two-tone paint option.
Of note, the Trailblazer RS does not have a contrast roof delete option, at least not for the 2025 model year. The only way to get an RS model that’s all in one color is to get Mosaic Black Metallic paint with a Mosaic Black roof.
Other updates to the 2025 Chevy Trailblazer following its 2024 refresh include two discontinued paint options and an E85-compatible engine. Here are all of the paint options for the 2025 Chevy Trailblazer.
Previously, GM Authority has uncovered detailed pricing information for the 2025 model year of the Chevy Trailblazer, including options and packages. Starting MSRP ranges from $24,395 for the FWD configuration of the LS trim to $30,595 for the AWD configuration of both the RS and Activ trim levels. These prices include a $1,295 destination freight charge, while the official configurator for the model is currently live.
Two available powerplants motivate the 2025 Trailblazer: the aforementioned turbocharged 1.2L I3 LBP flex-fuel engine developing 137 horsepower and 162 pound-feet of torque and the turbocharged 1.3L I3 L3T gasoline engine rated at 155 horsepower and 174 pound-feet of torque. Drivetrains include front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive across the whole trim level range.
Under the body panels, the 2025 Chevy Trailblazer relies on the GM VSS-F platform for structure. Production takes place at the GM Bupyeong plant in South Korea.

FINALLY. A good move on Chevy’s part. MORE choice is always better for the customer, and, in turn, Chevrolet.
WHAT the expensive TB needs is a revision to the options packaging. I’d want the LT Convenience Package but not the Cold Weather Package, which I’d use twice a year, at most.
Same thing with the new 2025 GMC Terrain – why is the Premium Package mandatory to get the Convenience Package? Gougy. Should be the other way around.
GM needs to take a look at its Order Guides and get a dose of reality, please.
Two tone roofs are hideous, glad the option is there to remove it. Some cars the wife looked at had that. Don’t want black down south and the white just looked ridiculous.
Needs the 1.5L to be the class leader.
Great move GM!
