Several of the 2025 Cadillac CT5 interior colorways are extra-charge colors or only offered as part of an optional package. Notably, the Sedona Sauvage interior with Jet Black accents (color code HZK), offered for both the Premium Luxury and Sport, is included and only available with the Platinum Package (RPO code JSE) priced at $6,795.
Furthermore, for the Sport trim level, the Cadillac CT5 interior setup with leather seats in Jet Black and Whisper Beige (color code HND) costs an extra $1,500 as an option. This interior colorway also has a prerequisite option that must also be purchased for the Cadillac CT5 interior build, specifically the ventilated front seats (RPO code KU9) with a price of $450.
The refreshed 2025 CT5 offers plenty of new technological gadgetry, headlined by a curved 33-inch-diagonal LED color touchscreen with 9K resolution and a customizable interface. The GM Super Cruise semi-autonomous driver assist system is standard for 2025, while new advanced safety features include Blind Zone Steering Assist (RPO code UKI), Driver Attention Assist (ULM), Front Pedestrian and Bicyclist Braking (UKT), Traffic Sign Recognition (UVX) and Intersection Automatic Emergency Braking (CTB), and more.
2025 CT5 sedan pricing starts with a base $48,990 MSRP for the Premium Luxury with RWD and climbs to $51,990 for the AWD configuration of the Sport trim. A $1,395 destination freight charge is included in these figures. The Luxury trim level was dropped for the mid-cycle refresh, while the online configurator is available to try out various builds.
As for motivation, the turbocharged 2.0L I4 LSY gasoline engine developing 237 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque is standard for both trims, while the twin-turbocharged 3.0L V6 LGY gasoline engine rated at 335 horsepower and 405 pound-feet of torque is optional. Cog swaps are handled by GM’s 10-speed automatic transmission.
Under the body panels, the CT5 sedan rides on the GM Alpha 2 platform with production taking place at the GM Lansing Grand River plant in Michigan.
Comments
That’s a good looking car.
I have a 2023 CT5 and its OK but it doesn’t compare to the 2020 CT6 I had or the CTSs I had in 2017, 2014, 2011, 2008 or 2004.
the CT5 has a slightly longer wheelbase than the CTS, but its narrow. And it doesn’t have the presence of a Cadillac, not the CTS and certainly not the CT6. The CT5 is basically invisible. In addition, the Twin Turbo 3.0 V6 gets Losey gas mileage, and it has a small tank, so it doesn’t have a good range.
I have a 2022 CT5 and the color options for the interior were 2. I’m down with that.
What I absolutely hate is the transmission shifter, and I’m not so hot about the shift points either.
GM, concentrate on that end of it. Nobody cares about the interior, when they cannot get the transmission into gear. Or when it slammed i to engagement going between park, drive, or reverse.
I have the CT5-V 2024 and my only complaint is the horsepower. I wish it had around 400 or 425
