GMC Terrain Pricing
For reference, here are the 2024 GMC Terrain trim levels and their corresponding starting MSRPs, including a $1,395 destination freight charge (DFC):
- SLE – $30,095
- SLT – $34,095
- AT4 – $36,890
- Denali – $39,995
About GMC Terrain
The 2024 GMC Terrain arrives with minimal changes, specifically losing two paint colors. Additionally, the GMC Pro Safety Plus package is now standard on the AT4 trim level. It remains standard on the Denali trim and optional on the SLE and SLT trims.
Meanwhile, 2024 GMC Terrain pricing shows most trim levels as more affordable than 2023 Terrain. This is because both SLE and SLT trims removed the three years of the OnStar & Connected Services Plan, which caused the starting prices of both trim levels to drop by $1,200. In that package’s place is three years of OnStar Remote Access. The off-road-oriented AT4Â trim also receives a price drop of $505, getting the Remote Access package and some active safety tech packages as standard. The Denali trim receives no changes in equipment or price and retains the costlier OnStar Premium plan. Check out all the 2024 Terrain pricing with options.

The online configurator tool is live for the 2024 Terrain.
Last month, GM debuted the all-new, next-generation 2025 GMC Terrain, highlighting a new design, overhauled interior, the latest tech features, and additional safety items.
The redesigned exterior of the 2025Â GMC Terrain gives the crossover a more rugged, truck-like appearance, aligning it closely with the rest of the GMC lineup. Inside, the new cabin centers around a 15-inch diagonal Premium GMC Infotainment System as standard, complemented by an 11-inch-diagonal driver information center, together providing access to advanced technology, including Google Assistant, Google Maps, and a suite of over 15 safety and driver assistance features.
The powertrain remains unchanged from the previous model year, carrying over the turbocharged 1.5L I4 LSD gasoline engine as standard, producing 175 horsepower and 203 pound-feet of torque.
The next-gen 2025 GMC Terrain will arrive within the next few months, with the Elevation trim serving as the base model. The more rugged AT4 and luxurious Denali trims will follow in 2025, arriving for the 2026 model-year lineup.
Production of the 2025 Terrain has been pushed back to October 14th.

Would have been $10K pre-pandemic. This is a great example of why is still not a good time to buy, despite all the “pundits” saying to buy now because the deals are so good. Hogwash.
All these incentives because people aren’t buying that anemic baby engine. Sure some of you are, the ones that dont’ actually care about driving and just want to get from A to B, but you are in the minority; that’s why so many incentives. Great vehicle other wise, but that engine is a dead dog.
Exactly correct! That stupid and pathetic four cylinder engine is the only reason this car isn’t selling!! Offering an amazing incentive is the only way for GMC to get them off their dealership lots!!!
Um, the Equinox was the fourth best-selling compact CUV. Most buyers in this market of vehicle don’t care about driving, it is an A to B vehicle. This has been shown numerously in studies and sales and exactly why the 2.0 was no longer offered, it didn’t sell. The engine is right inline with the competition for a base engine, even more so with the torque offered and has reviewed well. They are bringing a hybrid here which will be much welcomed. Either way, this engine is absolutely not the reason sales have slowed, they have slowed across the industry and everything is offering discounts. If you think otherwise, well then I can’t help you with your narrow minded and incorrect way of thinking that doesn’t actually look at the car industry.
