Check Out The 2024 Chevy Silverado EV 4WT In Special Orange Paint

The Chevy Silverado EV debuts an all-new, all-electric evolution for the iconic Silverado nameplate, packing in the latest GM Ultium propulsion technology underneath a brand-new, ruggedized EV look. With regard to styling for the fleet-oriented 2024 Silverado EV 3WT and 4WT, only two basic exterior paint options were available to order – Summit White (paint code GAZ) and Black (paint code GBA). However, customers could also branch out with a special hue via a Special Equipment Order (SEO), as seen with this particular Chevy Silverado EV 4WT.

This particular 2024 Chevy Silverado EV 4WT was delivered to Desjardins Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac in Lévis, Quebec, Canada, and was posted to social media by the dealer sales team. The exterior is covered in very bright Orange paint (SEO RPO TGK), giving the otherwise fleet-oriented truck a somewhat customized appearance. The bright Orange paint is seen covering the hood, the fenders, the pillars, the doors, the roof, and the tailgate, while the fascia, door handles, and rocker panels are black. The grille, lower bumper trim, fender trim, side steps, and sail panels get a matte black finish, while the wheels are black as well.

The front end of a 2024 Chevy Silverado EV 4WT is special orange paint.

Pricing for this orange-flavored 2024 Chevy Silverado EV 4WT is listed at CAD$83,894 (US$61,734 at current exchange rates).

For those folks out there digging the ocher finish, but prefer a more traditional internal combustion engine and greater capability, GM Authority covered a 2024 Chevy Silverado HD ZR2 earlier this year that was painted in Tangier Orange (color code 9W4). Like the Silverado EV 4WT seen above, the Silverado HD ZR2 we covered in January was delivered as a Special Equipment Order.

As for the specs for the 2024 Chevy Silverado EV, the all-electric truck is equipped with a 24-module, 212 kWh GM Ultium battery pack, as well as a pair of GM Ultium Drive motors. Output is rated at a maximum of 515 horsepower and 615 pound-feet of torque, with range-per-charge estimated at 450 miles. The GM BT1 platform provides the underpinnings, while production takes place at the GM Factory Zero plant in Michigan.

I don’t understand why the bumper is black. I would have to get it painted to match. Other than that I like it. Good to see something other than black or white.
