About Cadillac XT4

The fully refreshed 2024 Cadillac XT4 debuted with a new exterior design; an overhauled cabin headlined by a new 33-inch, 9K-resolution LED color touchscreen lifted straight from the Cadillac Lyriq; new tech features; and more than a dozen safety features now included as standard.

The trim level lineup once again listed Luxury, Premium Luxury, and Sport, each offering unique styling attributes and is available in front-wheel- and all-wheel-drive configurations.

Under the hood, the refreshed 2024 XT4 carries over the turbocharged 2.0L I4 LSY gasoline engine, producing 235 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque, and is mated to the GM nine-speed automatic transmission.

The 2025 Cadillac XT4 arrives with more standard safety features than the refreshed 2024 model, including the Active Safety Package, offered as standard on Premium Luxury and Sport trim levels. However, it will drop two safety features: Automatic Speed Limit Assist and Traffic Sign Recognition.

Also, the 2025 XT4 drops the Luxury trim level, with the Premium Luxury becoming the entry-level trim.

Here are the 2025 XT5 paint colors, the interior colorways, and available wheels.

Pricing for the 2025 Cadillac XT4 shows it actually down $700 for the Premium Luxury trim compared to the 2024 model year and down $400 for Sport, with the $1,195 destination freight charge remaining unchanged. Here is pricing with options and packages.

While production of the 2025 XT4 has kicked off, it will be paused for much of the 2025 calendar year as the GM Fairfax plant in Kansas City is retooled for the next generation of the Chevy Bolt EV, which is currently expected to arrive for the 2026 model year.

The online configurator tool is live for the 2024 XT4 and now live for the 2025 XT4.

  2. Bought ours last month & love it. Also bought a 2020 Equinox LT new in 2021 and find the 1.5 turbo has plenty of power in all applications, but the 2.0 in the XT4 blows it away. Interior features are luxurious and technology and 33” screen is great. Getting compliments from friends on both interior & exterior. Also very smooth ride. Very satisfied with this vehicle. Wife gets the XT4, son and I share Equinox has he likes to keep mileage low on his also bought new 2017 Camaro RS V6 A8 (purchased 2018, 28k miles). Big mistake by gm to drop again.
