As anyone who’s ever had their vehicle towed can attest, the whole experience can be hugely frustrating. Unfortunately, it looks like the owner of this Chevy Silverado in Brooklyn let his frustrations get the best of him after he discovered his pickup about to be hauled away. Upon the discovery, the Chevy Silverado owner apparently opted to confront the tow operator before stealing the tow truck with his pickup still attached in the rear. The whole incident was caught on camera, showing the stolen tow truck and pickup sideswiping several vehicles in the process.
As reported by News12BK, the event took place in the Sunset Park neighborhood, where the pickup had been illegally parked in a business loading zone on 53rd Street between 1st and 2nd Avenues. As can be seen in the video, the pickup owner confronted the tow truck driver as the latter attempted to remove the Chevy from the city street. The pickup owner moves aggressively at the operator, gesturing as though he’s about to throw some punches. In an unexpected twist, the pickup owner then decides to jump into the tow truck with the Chevy still hooked up in back.
With his truck still attached, the pickup owner recklessly drives off in the stolen tow truck, sideswiping several vehicles along the way. The video footage captures the pickup’s door bent at an awkward angle, while another vehicle’s front end is completely smashed in. The reckless driving continues as the stolen tow truck barrels down the street, leaving a trail of destruction in its wake.
The rampage comes to a halt on a nearby street after the stolen tow truck collided head-on with a city bus, forcing the driver to jump out of the cabin and flee the scene. Additional damage could be seen throughout the area, with multiple cars impacted by the erratic driving.

I hope he gets 50 years and a $100,000 fine, plus several lawsuits from the other vehicle owners.
what? he has insurance dummy…..
Insurance doesn’t cover damages that occurred during the commission of a crime. That dude is 100% paying for all of those damages.
man so much cheaper and easier just paying your bills or if life happens, letting it go.
but this way its much more entertaining. thanks for taking one for the team, debtor.
The truck was parked illegally. That is why it was towed. Not because of bills not being paid.
New York brilliance, the lowest IQs in the nation. Trust me, where I live has become Long Island South and the brains are all so tiny…
A Two-Ball Cure All is required to all violent, lawless, vermin like we see here: 5.56 HP to the melon
Problem solved.
I bet you are prohibited from owning guns and rightfully so. Because no lawful owner would ever say anything so stupid.
This will be a very expensive mistake and maybe jail time do you think the insurance co. will drop him ???
Well, one thing the insurance company will do is pay out the damage then they will drop him.
slight correction (from what i seen), im pretty sure he didnt collide with the bus. he took that turn then the silverado ended up rolling over in front of the bus. either way hes still a retard
