2025 Chevy Blazer EV RWD Now Available To Order

The 2025 Chevy Blazer EV drops in as the all-electric crossover’s second model year, debuting a few important updates and changes compared to the initial 2024 model year. At launch, the all-electric Blazer offered a relatively limited number of trim levels and configurations, but now, the lineup is expanding with new availability. That includes the new 2025 Chevy Blazer EV RWD.

According to GM Authority sources, the 2025 Chevy Blazer EV RWD is now available to order. Official pricing information for the RWD variant has yet to be released, but is expected to be announced very soon. The 2025 Chevy Blazer EV RWD is also expected to bring with it a few small changes to the initial efficiency and driving range estimates. For reference, the 2024 Chevy Blazer EV RWD is rated at 324 miles per charge, with a combined (city and highway) efficiency rating of 37 kWh per 100 miles.

The official 2025 Chevy Blazer EV online configurator tool is online now, as GM Authority covered previously. The only RWD configuration listed is the RS model, which includes feature highlights like a Bose eight-speaker audio system, illuminated front light bar, available Head-Up Display, available Rear Camera Mirror with washer, and available Dual pane power sun roof. It also includes Chevy Safety Assist, which bundles together Automatic Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Alert, and Front Pedestrian Braking, while the interior includes a 17.7-inch diagonal color LCD display with Google built-in.

At present, the only pricing information available for the 2025 Chevy Blazer EV is for the LT AWD variant and RS AWD variant, the former of which starts at $48,995 when adding in a destination freight charge of $1,395. The RS AWD starts at $54,295 with destination. The entry-level LT FWD model is expected to undercut the LT AWD in terms of pricing, but will have late availability. The range-topping SS AWD model will have late availability as well, and will sit as the range-topping configuration of the lineup.

As a reminder, all Blazer EV variants ride on the GM BEV3 platform, with GM Ultium batteries and GM Ultium Drive motors providing the motivation. Production takes place at the the GM Ramos Arizpe plant in Mexico.

  2. Not a good looking vehicle. When combined with functional deficiencies, it is just not a good choice.

    1. It is a good choice. The Blazer EV is one of the few EV crossovers I would consider for lease or purchase.

  3. have the article writers putting in a real link to the configurator you speak of instead of links to old articles.

  4. G.M. Authority, please do a fact check. The SS AWD is not the range topping vehicle. The SS AWD is rated at 293 and the Rs RWD is the top rated at 324. I work for G.M. and own the 2024 RS RWD version. I’m actually getting over 300 miles of range charging to 80%. BTW I absolutely love this vehicle. It’s very comfortable, sporty and rides excellent.
