The 2025 Cadillac Lyriq debuts the all-electric crossover’s third model year, bringing with it several important updates and changes. As covered previously, these include deletion of the base-level Tech trim, as well as a 24-percent reduction in parts compared to the 2024 model year. Now, GM Authority is here to report that the 2025 Lyriq will also include a new front passenger position memory feature.
The new memory front passenger seat feature for the 2025 Cadillac Lyriq is tagged with RPO code A44 and includes two presets, as is also the case for the driver’s seat. The memory front passenger seat feature is included as standard spec across the 2025 Lyriq trim level lineup. The 2025 Lyriq also equips the memory package (RPO code AAB) as standard, which covers the power driver seat, outside mirrors, and power tilt and telescoping steering column.
Further updates for the 2025 model year include the addition of 100 new colors to the Lyriq’s ambient lighting palette, bringing the total number of color options to 126. Dual-zone interior ambient lighting is standard across the lineup. The 2025 Lyriq also debuts new horsepower ratings, with both single-motor and dual-motor configurations given a double-digit power boost. Output is now rated at 365 horsepower for RWD models and 515 horsepower for AWD models, up from 340 horsepower and 500 horsepower, respectively. Torque levels remain unchanged, rated at 325 pound-feet and 450 pound-feet, respectively.
As for pricing, the new entry-level variant for the 2025 model year is the RWD Luxury 1, priced at $59,990. Check out our previous coverage for a full rundown on 2025 Cadillac Lyriq pricing information, including options and packages.
Under the boy panels, the 2025 Cadillac Lyriq once again rides on the GM BEV3 platform, with GM Ultium Drive motors and GM Ultium batteries providing the motivation. Both RWD and AWD variants will be offered, with production for the North American market taking place at the GM Spring Hill plant in Tennessee.

I imagine it simplifies the RHD variant since now both sides are the same for LHD/RHD seat controls.
When will there be a convertible?
A Convertible station wagon?
Oh, you are talking about a totally different vehicle then.
Any Cadillac vehicle they always have prototypes without making the Cadillac Convertible.
Why are they adding a useless feature like a memory for passengers when every Lyriq owner is angry that they don’t have a HUD when cars that cost half as much, do?
The supplier probably offered it to them. When it comes to logistics and supply chain management, thats where GM struggles a lot.
the AR Hud is listed in the 25 MY owners manual so probably available late in production.
You DO know that the HUD was in the 2024 owners manual? Don’t hold your breath…
there should be an update for this feature on other models that were purchased other luxury vehicles have this already where this is included standard my 2022 Infinity had this
