2025 Buick Enclave ST In Summit White: Live Photo Gallery

The all-new, third-generation Buick Enclave that’s out now for the 2025 model year makes the Tri-Shield brand’s flagship crossover more luxurious and high-tech than ever. One of the more interesting updates with the introduction of the third generation is the 2025 Buick Enclave ST as its own trim rather than an option package.

The ST (which stands for ‘Sport Touring’) doesn’t bring any mechanical performance improvements, but it’s a sporty appearance package that adds a little visual variety to the crossover’s model range. Let’s take a look at the design in these exclusive photos of the 2025 Buick Enclave ST finished in Summit White (GAZ) caught in the wild.

Let’s start with the elephant in the room. There appears to be blue painter’s tape covering Buick’s new tri-shield emblem on the hood. Apparently, this is a half-hearted attempt to conceal the brand of this crossover, which has a distinctive front end, leaving no question of what brand it comes from.

With that out of the way, let’s look at the rest of the front end of the Enclave ST. It has its own unique, blacked-out grille flanked by gloss black trim and perched above a gloss black lower fascia. The black grille has a small “ST” emblem in the lower right corner.

As we move to the side of the Enclave ST, we see a continuation of the gloss black theme. The ST trim has gloss black mirror caps, roof rails, and wheel trim moldings, plus gloss black trim all the way around the daylight opening (DLO) of the crossover’s side profile.

This 2025 Buick Enclave ST wears the standard wheels for the ST trim: 20-inch High-Gloss Black alloy wheels with a Machine finish (SME). The Enclave ST has two LPO 22-inch wheel options: PVD Bright Chrome alloy (SAK) and High Gloss Black (SAY) wheels, which are also available on the base Preferred trim.

Moving to the back, we see another strip of blue tape where the Buick emblem would normally be, concealing this crossover’s brand identity. The lower fascia continues the gloss black design theme of the ST trim. Dual rectangular exhaust outlets differentiate the Enclave a bit from its stablemates riding on the long version of GM’s C1-2 platform: the Chevy Traverse and GMC Acadia. It’s nice to see a little variety between the three since their similarities go as far as using identical front and rear doors.

    Making the front-end look like its Chinese siblings is NOT a good idea IMHO. This “distinctive” grille is very generic and could be confused with any number of Korean or Japanese models. A Buick should look like a Buick – this doesn’t.

    I read in another article on GM Authority that the 2025 Buick Enclave will now only be offering a four cylinder engine. What a humongous mistake to not at least offer an option to purchase a V6 engine, just like in the outgoing 2024 model.

    That four cylinder engine definitely won’t go over very well with this new Enclave model, and has been consistently rebuked by prospective buyers who were looking at the newer generation Traverse and Acadia models.

      Humongous mistake to what? Give it more power than the previous V6 by a large margin? Giving it better MPG than the previous version? Other than the sound when revved out, which lets be honest is rarely done, that new engine has reviewed very well. Some independent tests have 0-60 in the mid to upper 6 second range with the RST; which is on par or a bit faster than the previous V6 version. With the abundance of torque it won’t be down shifting like the V6 at a hint of headwind or any small hill and won’t need to rev to keep with traffic.

      You are kidding yourself if you think a buyer of this class cares what engine is in there as long as it moves well and gets good MPG while being quiet (which is does when cruising and driven normal). Only the hybrid vs ICE matters, those who want hybrid will look for that. But they aren’t shopping going, oh, it only has a four cylinder and not a V6 I won’t buy, even though it accelerates and is better in every way than the V6.

      Everyone is heading in that direction. Ram got rid of their V8 for turbo 6’s, Toyota got rid of their V6 for turbo fours in many of their vehicles and the industry is doing that across the board. Mercedes put a turbo four in the C63 AMG. This was far from humongous mistake, rather a smart decision to not just throw in an engine that would work but rather a clean sheet designed for the vehicle and it works excellent. No sales are lost but rather will be gained, especially if they add a hybrid down the road.

      Some people really are clueless when it comes to things sometimes…

      Not a mistake when its more powerful.

      So far actual Traverse and Acadia buyers of the new generation have been enjoying the 2.5 Turbo.

        Not true and you know it! If you read the responses and comments in this forum about that stupid and pathetic four cylinder engine now being put in these cars you’d know how cringe-worthy that engine is and not worth buying.

        You’re obviously a GM employee, so naturally you’d say only good things about their products to keep you employed. I test drove two 2024 Acadia models and that horrendous engine really sucks, big time!

          It is the response from the same tired 10 car guys with dated thinking that size equals durability and power, so those are the responses you are holding dearly on too… The reviews of this motor have been solid other than the sound. That four is a ton more powerful than the 3.6 which not many had a problem with, and this makes power all over where as the 3.6 was peaky (I know, we have one and friends with a few). So how is a 20hp bump and 60tq increase cringe worthy? It has tested faster in early tests. It won’t be impacted by elevation like the 3.6, the flatter and deeper torque curve means it does better around town without having to rev. What is it that is making you spew this false info? If you are a car guy you should easily be able to feel 300+ ftlbs kicking in at 1500 rpm (just above idle) which was nearly 100ftlbs more than the 3.6. Everything you say just contradicts reviews and normal car guy knowledge.

          You keep doing you though, this demographic doesn’t care about engine size as they are bought by soccer moms who only know what type of gas to put in it. And since the previous 3.6 sold in droves this new more powerful and better mpg motor will do even better as they will feel the power difference and care less about the engine size. BTW, news flash, you can over build a smaller motor to last. The 2.7 and this 2.5 are built like diesels, they will last, the 2.7 was one of the hardest motors to kill in GM torture testing which this 2.5 is based on.

          So go on and talk about how bad this motor is, when terms like pathetic, puny and cringeworthy are used, those are code words to point the OP just have zero clue what they are talking about and this is all done because it wasn’t a V8 stuffed in there…
