The ICE-motivated variant of the 2025 Chevy Blazer debuts with only a handful of changes from the outgoing 2024 model year. Among these are some alterations to the available palette of Chevy Blazer colors, with three exterior paints dropped following the 2024 Chevy Blazer model year.
There are now seven 2025 Chevy Blazer colors to choose from, along with five of these colors offered in conjunction with a Black roof (color code 41T). The basic black and white tints are the Chevy Blazer colors offered without the Black roof option. You can check out the available tints here:
Copper Bronze Metallic (paint code GLY), Nitro Yellow Metallic (paint code GCP), and Red Hot (paint code G7C) were dropped for 2025, while the crossover got one new tint, the vivid Habanero Orange (paint code GAG), which is one of the five colors that can be combined with a Black roof.
Availability of the five Chevy Blazer colors varies across its four trim levels, including the 2LT, 3LT, RS, and Premier trims. Four of the colors are offered as zero-charge options, while the remainder are priced at $495, $550, $995, $1,045, or $1,545, depending on the specific paint. One of the few significant changes to the 2025 Chevy Blazer is the full return of the rear park assist (RPO code UD7) feature. Optional on the entry-level 2LT trim and standard on the other three trims, the technology has been available only on the RS and Premier trims since October 2022. However, the launch of the 2025 Blazer brings the assist feature back for all trims, though only as part of the Driver Confidence Package (RPO code WPA).
Pricing for the 2025 Chevy Blazer, as uncovered by GM Authority, starts at a base MSRP of $36,795 for the 2LT trim with FWD and $39,495 for the same trim configured with AWD. The highest starting price is $47,095 for both the RS and Premier trim levels when equipped with all-wheel drive. These MSRPs include the $1,395 destination freight charge. The crossover’s online configurator is currently live.
As a reminder, motivation is supplied to the Chevy Blazer by two powerplants – the turbocharged 2.0L I4 LSY gasoline engine developing 228 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque and the naturally aspirated 3.6L V6 LGX gasoline engine cranking out 308 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque. Both engines pair with the GM nine-speed automatic transmission, while FWD is standard and AWD is optional.
The Chevy Blazer crossover rides on the GM C1 platform. Meanwhile, production of the 2025 model year kicked off in July 2024 at the GM Ramos Arizpe plant in Mexico.

I guess we will not be updating our 2020 Red Hot Red Blazer RS ( Rally Sport) to a new 2025 Red Hot Red Blazer. Sorry not fond of radiant red it looks burgundy to us. Not fond of orange either. We really like our 2020 with the ice v6. We still have low miles on it and will hold on to it. Just like we are keeping our 2017 Impala in stead of upgrading to newer something else. What’s is Chevy going to do next? Do away with the Corvette Torch Red color?
Red Hot has always been one of the slowest selling colors, regardless of which Chevy vehicle it was on, hence why it’s gone.
I feel like there’s not enough people upset about the NEW Blazer not having the NEW INFOTAINMENT SYSTEM like the rest of the line up
I was thinking of changing up my 2019 Blazer RS with a V6 for a 2025, but after going to the dealership and seeing the colors in real time, when black is the best color available it was a no brainer to keep what I have being that it’s black. GM needs to hire better color techs. Even the Sterling Grey Metallic isn’t eye catching. They should have kept the Ashen Grey Metallic the the 2014’s had and the Very Berry Red Metallic the 2003’s had. But that’s just me. Looking forward to what the 2026’s have to offer.
Why not a green, like the synergy green metallic on the discontinued Camaro?
The colors are not great. I will keep looking for a good V6 without a turbo, the break to often. By Chevy,
Waiting to see if 2025 is the last year of the ice Blazer. If so, I’ll order the V6 Premier to replace our ’19. I’m sure the turbo is fine, but V6 9 speed is such a satisfying powertrain.
Some mediocre colors especially the Riptide purple blue which I never cared for. There really should be a better blue, a silver and a green to better round up the pallet.
Sad to see GM is discontinuing the Ice Blazer.
We own a 2019 Blazer LT3 with the 20″ chrome wheels in radiant red with the v6 and AWD.
Had to wait 4 weeks till a contest got over at the dealer so i was the first to purchase it.
She is a real looker. And enjoy this vehicle with over 50K miles on it right now.
We have also purchased a 2024 Blazer Premier December 2023 with the 20″ chrome wheels and V6 with Awd with nav. in a gray color.
This one has just turned over 12K. With its second run to Florida. Nice vehicles.
