Since its debut for the 2024 model year, the Buick Envista has been a fairly strong seller for the Tri-Shield brand, particularly among young buyers. As an important offering in the Buick lineup, GM Authority recently got behind the wheel of a 2024 Buick Envista to provide an in-depth interior tour of the crossover coupe.
Hosted by GM Authority Executive Editor Alex Luft, the following video is just a tick longer than 11 minutes and gives a thorough rundown on everything Envista interior-related. Notably, this particular unit is the range-topping Avenir trim level.
Starting right off, the Pebble Gray Seats with Ebony Interior and Whisper Beige Stitching (color code H6A) interior colorway create a pleasant theme in cabin. The doors feature soft-touch material where an elbow may rest, while the power liftgate can be manipulated from a dial in the lower door trim.
Once inside, perhaps the most notable feature is the dual-screen setup, consisting of an eight-inch driver information center and an 11-inch diagonal infotainment screen. Below the latter lies the Avenir-exclusive center stack, while a wireless charging port sits just below that.
Moving along, there’s one cupholder apiece for the driver and passenger, along with a relatively deep storage bin below the center armrest.
The dashboard features a similar soft-touch material with the doors, while the thin A-pillars serve to improve outward visibility. The flat-bottom steering wheel feels good in the hands and boasts a well-appointed complement of buttons. Of course, a sunroof is present and accounted for.
In regard to the rear seats, there’s plenty of legroom for occupants of all sizes. Additional items of note include a few more cup holders and charging ports. Finally, the cargo area is accessed via a button on the rear hatch, which reveals a spacious trunk, albeit slightly compromised due to the crossover coupe body style.
As a reminder, the 2024 Buick Envista is offered with a single drivetrain combination, namely the turbocharged 1.2L I3 LIH gasoline engine, rated at 137 horsepower and 162 pound-feet of torque, and the GM six-speed automatic transmission. Output is routed to the front wheels exclusively.
Under the skin, the Envista rides on the GM VSS-F vehicle set, while production takes place at the GM Bupeyong plant in South Korea.

Does anybody know if the New Buick Enclave has started Production? Was supposed to start last week.
The Buick Envista is a great peppy ride with super interior decor .I owned a Ocean blue Avenir for nine months ,I would recommend GM to upgrade their gauge graffics that are thin looking and minimal, lack colour or effective design in both modes and hard to read from glare in day light ,maybe consider a rear wiper, along with AWD and l.3 Litre in future .This is the future design pattern of successful GM CUV and mid size Sedans worldwide along with the Chev Trax that’s not quite as fancy inside !
The flat floor in the rear is a clue of what is next to come for the Envista. Personally, I say this platform was designed from the start to go full electric by say 2027. I’m sure it will come with AWD, once electrified, and I haven’t had much use for one but don’t think we will ever get a rear wiper unless they completely change the design.
Jungle ,I Agee 100% with your comments on the Envista’s future !👍
