Monster Truck-Like Cadillac CTS With Ram Truck Chassis For Sale In Texas

A seller in Bay City, Texas, has listed a custom, monster truck-style Caddy for sale. This wild-looking rig combines the body of a 2008 Cadillac CTS with the chassis of a Ram truck, creating a high-riding luxury four-door with a mammoth lift and knobby tires. The post has already garnered significant attention online, just as the lifted sedan is sure to make a statement on the street.

Custom 2008 Cadillac CTS mated to a Ram truck chassis.

According to the post, the builder created this monster simply because they could. With a Ram truck frame and the Cadillac CTS body sitting around unused, the builder decided to combine the two to see what would happen. The result is an insane-looking vehicle that’s apparently great for activities like fishing or pulling lesser vehicles out of the mud.

The rig features a silver-gray Cadillac CTS four-door body mounted on top the Ram truck frame, allowing the driver and passengers to sit high above the ground. The mashup of these two vehicles looks completely bonkers, and is sure to turn plenty of heads on the street. Despite its unconventional appearance, the interior retains much of the factory luxury of the CTS. There’s also a remote start feature, which the seller demonstrates by firing up the V8 engine under the hood.

The engine connects to a four-by-four drivetrain through an automatic transmission. The seller also lists fuel economy at 18 mpg in the city, 26 mpg on the highway, and 21 mpg combined, though these figures may be a bit optimistic.

The post lists the vehicle with an asking price of $20,000, while the seller mentions that they will keep their creation unless someone offers “at least” $15,000. The listing apparently generated 13,000 clicks on Facebook Marketplace within the first 24 hours that it was posted.

Funny enough, this isn’t the first Cadillac CTS monster truck that we’ve seen.

    1. Kind of like the older nice/decent cars that have had 25+ inch wheels & tires mounted!!!!!!!!!! And some of us thought spending $300.00 bucks on a set of ET-Mags or Cragars way back when was a lot of money.

  4. I built one in the mid 80s. I put a 74 Nova on top of a 73 K5 4×4 blazer frame it had a 6″ lift kit and a full light bar of kc highlighters. This is what happens when you have a rusty truck and a car with a bad motor. Not to mention a few cases of beer.
