The 2025 GMC Hummer EV SUV began production last month on June 24th, 2024 following a three-week delay in the schedule. It ushers in a few changes and updates to Big Red’s high-profile electric sport-utility model. While starting prices remain unchanged from the 2024 GMC Hummer EV SUV, GM Authority has uncovered full details of pricing for options and packages as well.
As GM Authority also previously revealed, the 2025 GMC Hummer EV SUV is offered in two trim levels at launch, including the 2X and 3X trims. The 2X trim level is powered by two GM Ultium Drive motors, while the 3X trim level draws motivation from three such motors. Notably, both trims are equipped with a 20-module battery pack featuring GM Ultium batteries to power the motors.
Base prices for the 2025 GMC Hummer EV SUV are identical to those for the 2024 model year, with the 2X trim starting at $98,845 and the 3X trim featuring a base MSRP of $106,945. Both of these prices include a $2,295 destination freight charge.
Although the MSRP for the 2025 GMC Hummer EV SUV is unchanged from the 2024 model year, the prices of many optional packages and features have increased, while a few have become cheaper compared to 2024. Among the most notable changes are the following:
- 22-Inch Grazen Metallic Wheels with Faux CTIS (RPO code SMB): Now $4,495 (an increase of $1,000)
- 18-Inch Tech Bronze Wheels with Machined Face (RPO code SMA): Now $3,495 (an increase of $500)
- Sport Package (RPO code PCP): Now $1,095 (a decrease of $250)
- Cargo Utility Package (RPO code PCQ): Now $995 (an increase of $100)
Notably, the Edition 1 package, a special edition with a base MSRP of $105,595, is no longer offered for the 2025 model year. The Omega Edition Package (RPO code WFP), previously offered for both the Pickup and SUV configurations of the GMC Hummer EV at an additional $23,360, has also been dropped for 2025. Meanwhile, a new extra-charge paint option, Graphite Blue Metallic (RPO code GAI), priced at $625, has joined the palette.

4500 large ones for a wheel upgrade. You know you live in clown world when the cost of wheels almost equal the price of a decent older used car.
Hoping they would offer some kind of green color but oh well. Also will they offer the vehicle to home backup like all the other new ultium ev”s?
