The 2025 Chevy Equinox debuts the all-new fourth generation of the compact crossover with a host of revisions, updates, and changes, including fresh exterior styling and new paint colors, new safety and convenience technology, the addition of the Activ trim level to the lineup, and an overhauled cabin. The Chevy Equinox interior gets bigger screens and an updated range of colorways, which we’re detailing here.
Three trim levels are offered for the 2025 Chevy Equinox, including the LT, Activ, and RS. The LT has one standard and two optional interior colorways available, while the other trim levels feature one standard colorway each. Pricing for the 2025 Chevy Equinox, as previously detailed by GM Authority, starts at $29,995 for the base LT trim configured with FWD. Starting MSRPs range up to $36,395 for the RS trim equipped with AWD. A destination freight charge of $1,395, unchanged from the 2024 model year, is included in these prices.
The fourth-gen crossover arrives not only with reshuffled Chevy Equinox interior colors but with bigger exterior dimensions, including a longer wheelbase and increased body length and width. New exterior styling boasts Chevy’s trending shark-fin style C-pillar treatment. Standard safety features include Automatic Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Alert, Front Pedestrian and Bicyclist Braking, Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning along with other features.
Motivation is provided by a single powerplant, the turbocharged 1.5L I4 LSD gasoline engine developing 175 horsepower. Torque varies by drivetrain, with the LSD engine supplying 184 pound-feet in conjunction with front-wheel drive, and 203 pound-feet of torque when paired with all-wheel drive.
The GM D2 platform is used for structure under the skin of the Chevy Equinox, while the GM San Luis Potosí plant in Mexico is the crossover’s site of production.

Seems like a bad decision by GM to not allow the Activ and RS versions the option of standard black Evotex. I like the RS exterior but don’t really care for the red accents being forced on the consumer.
Just put in a order for a 2025 rs lwd. Now it needs to be picked up in the dealers order Q.
The interior colors A, need to be switched around some and B, there needs to be a more luxurious LTZ or Premier model or something with more color keyed parts and an evotex seat that isn’t black. That maple sugar doesn’t match the active, it needs to be on the premier or LTZ version and the artemis as the activ option, more fitting for the trim level and customer in my opinion.
What a bunch of ill focused and strange restrictions on interior color choices. In fact the only actual color choice is on the LT when you pay over 2K extra! Also why is the off road oriented blacked out Active treated to the nicest interior? You could get a black or grey interior cloth on last year’s LT models, the RS offered a choice of cloth or leather with red striping and the Premier offered black or maple sugar leather colors. Why all the restrictions on the new model?
