If you want to flex some vehicular style, then the Cadillac brand has quite a few options to offer. However, when it comes to making a real statement on the road, rocking a Caddy hearse is in an entirely different area code. Now, if you’re the sort of person who likes the idea of bringing a little Halloween into your daily commute, then this dealer in Connecticut has what you need.
As it turns out, Parks Superior Sales in Somers, Connecticut specializes in limos and hearses. As of this writing, the dealer currently has 71 Cadillac hearse models in inventory. Among these are hearse variants for the XT5, XT6, XTS, DTS, and Deville. Some of the vehicles are brand-new, with barely a dozen miles on the clock, while others show up to 100,000 miles on the odometer.
Naturally, pricing varies, with the most expensive listed being a 2021 XT5 Platinum Coach Phoenix Hearse, offered at $103,900. If you go for the top-of-the-line, pricing is likely to go further above the $100,000 mark, but the dealer encourages interested individuals to call for more information. For the more budget-minded buyers out there, there’s also a pair of Deville hearses, each of which is priced at $14,900.
Looking over the various models on offer, this dealer’s inventory is essentially a timeline of the various Cadillac hearses offered over the course of the 21st century. The dealer also recently posted a video showcasing a 2015 Eagle Cadillac XTS, which includes six purple strobe lights, polished 18-inch wheels, and a black exterior with polished trim. The interior boasts a gray finish with a Madagascar floor and a gray door card. Further highlights include a built-in pop-up urn carrier, ten rollers, a sunroof, a backup camera, a full-size spare tire, black leather seats, SiriusXM, Bluetooth, and remote start.

And this market-segment right here is why all the money in the world spent on marketing and performance product will never be able to truly change consumer brand perception of Cadillac…

Looks like the next iteration (rendering) for the Celestiq…
At least these hearses are probably 10-20 cheaper than the $340,000+ Cadillac Hearse mobile aka the Celestiq, which none have been delivered so far at the retail level despite Cadillac claiming to have started production in January 2024.
I told my wife I thought maybe we could pull our travel trailer with one of these! But, alas, I don’t get to try one.
Changes are happening fast in the funeral home industry. Cremation is the in thing now and the 2500,00 and even less is the price. People are having celebration of life get togethers and no funeral service at a church. Also,no need for the hearse. I expect lots of comments, bring them on
Seems to be missing the optional coffin !
