  • Cacti Green (GVR)
  • Crimson Metallic (GFM)
  • Mosaic Black Metallic (GB8)
  • Nitro Yellow Metallic (GCP)

Cypress Gray can be optioned on the LS and LT trim levels of the 2025 Trax as no additional charge. The color cannot be ordered on the 1RS, 2RS, or Activ trim levels. It is, however, available in conjunction with any of the LS or LT interior colorways, which consist of Jet Black / Gray with Blue accents, Jet Black with Blue accents, and Jet Black with Yellow accents.

For reference purposes, there are six interior colorways available for the 2025 Chevy Trax, including the following:

  • Jet Black / Gray with Red accents
  • Jet Black with Blue accents
  • Jet Black with Yellow accents
  • Jet Black with Red accents
  • Jet Black with Artemis accents

The 2025 Chevy Trax remains one of The General’s most affordable current models, with pricing ranging from a starting MSRP of $21,495 for the base 1LS trim level to $25,395 for both the range-topping 2RS and Activ trims. A destination freight charge of $1,095 is included in these prices. Overall, five trim levels – 1LS, 1RS, 1LT, 2RS, and Activ – comprise the Trax lineup. The official configurator is currently live for the model.

For motivation, the 2025 Trax gets the new turbocharged 1.2L I3 LBP gasoline engine. This powerplant develops the same output – 137 horsepower and 162 pound-feet of torque – as the outgoing turbocharged 1.2L I3 LIH gasoline engine, but is also compatible with E85 fuel. For the drivetrain, FWD and the GM six-speed automatic transmission are standard.

  1. Just what the world needs, another gray car.

    1. In the sunlight, the green really shines through and looks anything but gray. It’s a nice, unique color, and I chose it.

  2. I’ve been curious since this color was first mentioned, so I went over to the YouTubes and watched a couple dealership vids showing the color in realtime. It looks good. I love green cars, and this color is a sneaky way to incorporate more greens into your diet.

  3. Looks better than most grays, but I’d have to see it in the flesh. And, in a shocker, appears to be appropriately named, unlike many new GM colors in the past few years.

  4. Marina Blue is a surprise, but they cancelled Cayenne Orange. Thought that was the best color on the Trax.

    1. They cancelled the standard choice Blue Glow Metallic, too.

Two hundred years from now, my BGM 2024 LT will be a museum piece, representing a rarest example of early 21st Century GM designs.

Cayenne Orange was awesome, also, but a $395 upgrade if I remember correctly.

    2. Cayenne Orange is so special! Cadillac models had it also! I have a Chevy Spark in this color shade! At first, because it was not a chosen color ( I had to get it in this color ) I was not a fan but this Chevy Spark the dealer found me … this color grew on me! I have so much pictures of my 2022 Chevy Spark 1LT, in different situations : no sunlight, cloudy, in sunny situations this color pops !

  5. I hate to say it, but exterior and interior colors aside. The Trax is the best best looking redo of any remodel GM has done the last 2 years. They have not only totally ruined the Buicks, but the Malibu is on its way out, because they can’t figure out how to best the Camry. Guess what, it still has a V-6 available and not a minuscule 4 cylinder as the only engine. Plus the Camry looks better than ever!

    1. Actually the Camry is 4 cylinder hybrid only, no more V6 as of 2025.

  6. I’ve never understood why the exterior and interior color combinations are limited to specific trim levels and options. Don’t they all travel down the same assembly line? Does it REALLY make a difference GM? Bring back the days of being able to order a vehicle with only the options and colors I want! I’d rather pay a lil extra for that than to pay for a list of options I don’t want! They allow color overrides on the Corvette for $500 I believe … seems like GM might be missing out on a lot more $500 changes for color overrides on all GM vehicles.

  7. Still no AWD. And the Trailblazer is ugly so guess I’ll have to look elsewhere.

    Reply
    1. Of course no AWD, it’s meant to replace the Cruze & Sonic. It competes with all of the other FWD only CUV’s.

      Reply
      1. Yup, like the Soul, Kicks, and defunct (for now?) C-HR. When you look at the competition of FWD subcompact CUV, the Trax blows them all away… it is even blowing its (slightly) bigger brother away, the Trailblazer.

  8. 2025 Trax LT and I got my 2nd trax in 2024 and it changes colors depends on outside weather blue, green and grey I love it only if that engine was in my pink spark I would have not traded it in.
