The 2025 Cadillac XT6 introduces the sixth model year for the first-gen crossover, debuting a few small updates and changes in the process. Among these updates is revised pricing, with 2025-model-year trim levels more expensive than their 2024-model-year equivalents. Now, customers can spec the 2025 Cadillac XT6 as they see fit using the official online configurator tool at Cadillac’s website.
As GM Authority covered previously, each 2025 Cadillac XT6 trim level is now $400 more expensive when compared to the 2024 model year, with the 2025 XT6 Luxury starting at $50,590, the 2025 XT6 Premium Luxury starting at $56,790, and the 2025 XT6 Sport starting at $62,090. Luxury and Premium Luxury trims are equipped with front-wheel drive as standard, with all-wheel drive offered as optional, while the Sport trim level is equipped with all-wheel drive as standard.
Under the hood, the 2025 XT6 offers a pair of engine options, starting with the turbocharged 2.0L I4 LSY gasoline engine, rated at 235 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. Higher in the trim level lineup, customers are offered the naturally aspirated 3.6L V6 LGX gasoline engine, which is rated at 310 horsepower and 271 pound-feet of torque. Both engines pair with the GM nine-speed automatic transmission, while the GM C1 platform provides the underpinnings.
As for the optional equipment, the 2025 Cadillac XT6 is available in seven different exterior paint colors, all of which require an extra charge, with the exception of Argent Silver Metallic (paint code GXD). Customers also have a few wheel options to choose from, such as the 21-inch Multi-Spoke Alloy Wheels with Diamond Cut/Dark Android Painted Pockets (RPO code RUK, $1,200), the 21-inch 12-Split Spoke Alloy Wheels with Diamond Cut/Android Finish (RPO code RPW, $1,000), and the 20-inch 12-Spoke Alloy Wheels with Fully Polished Finish (RPO code SLW, $600).
Other standout options include the Platinum Package (RPO code JSE), available for $9,500 for Premium Luxury and Sport trims, as well as the GM Super Cruise package (RPO code UKL), which is $2,500 for Premium Luxury and Sport. Night Vision (RPO code UV3) is $2,000, once again only available on Premium Luxury and Sport trim levels.
Production of the 2025 Cadillac XT6 got underway earlier this month at the GM Spring Hill plant in Tennessee.

Extremely pleased and happy to see that GM is still going to continue to offer a V6 as an engine option for the Cadillac XT6! Very smart move!! Terrible that you can’t get a six cylinder in the Traverse and Acadia anymore!!!
Please, please, please refresh this car for 2026. Literally zero changes besides paint colors for 6 model years.
The Vistiq is replacing the XT6 next year which is why they didn’t refresh it.
Right but the vistiq was conceived when they thought electric cars would be more popular than they are. They can’t sell the lyriq well so why get rid of another ICE powered car.
That’s true but the Lyriq has been growing in sales each year. I’m unsure what Caddy plans to do going forward but I do hope they change their minds about going all Ev. I don’t mind Evs but I believe keeping ice vehicles in their inventory is important.
I’m thinking about replacing my ’15 SRX with a ’25 XT6, but I would hate to go with a ’25 if they plan on upgrading the ’26’s like the Acadia and Traverse …..anyone have any inside info?
My 2022 XT6 is great, but if Cadillac doesn’t keep up, it might be replaced in 2025 or 2026 by a Buick Enclave Avenir.
