An unusual conversion of a 2007 Cadillac Escalade melded with front-end parts from a Rolls-Royce Phantom, which GM Authority covered back in 2017 when it was spotted in an airport parking lot, is now up for sale in Sharon Hill, Pennsylvania.
Offered for $25,000, the intriguing Cadillac Escalade conversion is listed on Facebook Commerce with 158,000 miles on the odometer and claimed to have formerly belonged to Stephon Marbury, a retired professional basketball player.
The conversion is said to have been completed at Marbury’s behest, with the current owner describing it as a “showboat” and remarking that “I feel like a celebrity when I drive [it].” The original ownership claim (if accurate), with the amount of money Marbury likely paid for the mashup, explains the competence of the conversion, with the Rolls-Royce Phantom parts blended quite seamlessly onto the Cadillac Escalade.
With more pictures now available for us to see, we stick with our original conclusion that “this ranks pretty low on the ‘beaten with ugly stick’ scale.” The vehicle also appears to be in very good condition given its mileage, with intact high-gloss black exterior paint, no visible rust, and a decently clean interior.
The Cadillac Escalade / Rolls-Royce Phantom Frankenstein has been used for “Ron’s VIP Limo Service” since it left the hands of its original owner, Marbury, according to the sales posting. It is also said to get combined city/highway fuel economy of 14 mpg.
Among other features visible in the photos are the signature rear-hinged Rolls-Royce doors, the Rolls logo on the grille, plentiful chrome setting off the black exterior paint, and black upholstery throughout the interior. The SUV is gasoline-powered.
The seller notes that he isn’t interested in lowball offers. Check out the images of this unique and quite workmanlike combination of Cadillac Escalade and Phantom, and share with us and the other readers whether you think this vehicle is worth the $25,000 asking price in the comments below.

It’s not my kind of thing, but I don’t hate it. To my eye, it looks pretty well done.
I agree, the front looks even genuine. Some talented and skilled person was doing this questionable task
maybe the result is better than GM & RR does, maybe was the reason why owner did, the advantages of both

Reminds me of Tommy Chong’s, VW bug with RR grill was the best.
This is not it! You just blended a RR front cap into an Escalade and the body lines are now off. I’d pay $25k for the Escalade in original form before this! This is blasphemy!
Stephon Marbury a fool for this one
In the words of Chuck D from Public Enemy, ” NO, NO, NO, NO, CANT TRUST IT.
