Specialty Vehicle Engineering (SVE) has unveiled a new high-performance upgrade for America’s Sports Car with the announcement of the new 2024 Yenko/SC C8 Corvette. Inspired by the legendary 1969 C3 ZL1, this limited-edition model adds two turbos to the factory engine to increase output to an astounding 1,000 horsepower. Customers will also have several customization options at their disposal, as well as a choice between either the Coupe or Convertible body style.
At the heart of the 2024 Yenko/SC Chevy Corvette, you’ll once again find the 6.2L V8 LT2 engine, which is rated at 490 horsepower in factory spec. However, in order to do the Yenko/SC name justice, SVE enhanced the LT2 with a long list of go-faster goodies, including a forged steel crankshaft, forged H-beam rods, and 2618 aluminum pistons, ensuring robust performance and durability. Further upgrades include ARP high-strength head and main studs, CNC-ported high-flow cylinder heads, an upgraded valvetrain, a proprietary ground camshaft, a custom intake manifold, and integrated oil separators. Feeding the beefed-up powerplant with oodles of boost is a pair of 58 mm ceramic ball bearing turbochargers.
In addition to the extra power, SVE also added visual impact to the package. The interior of the Yenko/SC Corvette features the SYC logo embroidered on the headrests and floor mats, while custom exterior options include a high-wing spoiler and ground effects, custom wheels, custom brake calipers, and more. The 2024 Yenko/SC C8 also offers the full range of factory paint colors, plus additional custom graphic options. Carbon fiber add-ons are available as well.
Production will be highly limited, with only 10 units produced for 2024, followed by an additional 50 units produced in 2025. The 2024 Yenko/SC C8 will be available exclusively through GM dealers in the U.S. and Canada.

Wonder where they put the intercoolers? I assume the front end, but it looks pretty stock.
It appears that Chevy is doing a lot to increase airflow through the front end of the ZR1 in order to keep the engine air charge as cool as possible.
I read else where that the package starts at $99,995. It makes me wonder what the ZR1 or Zora MSRP will be.
I really like the Black Side Strip on the Yellow Model, looks like a Lighting Bolt.
