Refreshed 2025 Cadillac Escalade-V Interior Spotted With No Camo

The upcoming 2025 Cadillac Escalade-V is set to impress with a mid-cycle refresh, showcasing significant updates not just externally, but inside the cabin as well. As GM Authority covered previously, the refreshed Escalade-V interior will boast new tech and a new layout inspired by the all-electric Cadillac Escalade IQ. Now, GM Authority is giving you a sneak peek at what’s on the way, as our spy photographers have captured the high-performance SUV’s interior fully undisguised.

The interior of the refreshed 2025 Cadillac Escalade-V.

First and foremost, the refreshed 2025 Cadillac Escalade-V cabin is dominated by a new pillar-to-pillar display screen that spans the entire dashboard. This screen integrates the digital driver information center, the central infotainment system, and extends to include a passenger-side entertainment screen as well, mirroring the advanced setup seen in the Cadillac Escalade IQ. Also notable in the 2025 Escalade-V is an angular climate control interface, neatly positioned between the center console and the dash, providing yet another screen to control the various onboard systems.

A new multi-function control knob has been added to the center console, providing access to the vehicle’s list of features, while newly designed thumb-length controls are mounted on the redesigned steering wheel. The presence of a V-Series logo to the left of the steering wheel subtly nods to the vehicle’s performance pedigree. Additionally, the shift lever has moved to the steering column.

Complementing these modern touches is the use of carbon fiber trim across the center console, further underlining the SUV’s sporting attitude.

Externally, the 2025 Cadillac Escalade-V distinguishes itself with a new front fascia and a revamped grille design, maintaining its bold aesthetic while integrating modern elements like updated lighting configurations and a revised mesh insert. The SUV will feature 24-inch wheels wrapped in high-performance Bridgestone tires, which may vary between standard and optional depending on the configuration.

Under the hood, the 2025 Cadillac Escalade-V will continue to draw motivation from the supercharged 6.2L V8 LT4 engine, delivering a formidable 682 horsepower and 653 pound-feet of torque. This power is managed by GM’s 10-speed automatic transmission and delivered effectively via an active all-wheel drive system.

  1. Between the Vistiq, Ice Slade and Slade IQ the Lux SUV offerings look top notch.

  2. Regular Escalade does need executive second row option.. the full works

    1. Would be nice but they won’t do it. My guess is the wheelbase is too short. Remember IQ wheelbase is longer than ESV.

  3. I get having your watermark on the pics but the placement of the one in the second Pic is EXTREMELY annoying and almost makes me not want to come back to this site ever. It’s in the way of getting a visual. Not cool.

    1. Don’t forget to take your meds so you can see everything in perspective. Substantially bigger, more important issues exist in the world (and probably your life).

Personally I thank GMauthority for always showing us this stuff way ahead of GM’s debuts.

    2. If the watermark was out of the visuals anyone could crop or alter the photo like it was their’s. But then again if you’re never coming back to this site you probably won’t see this reply.

  4. Now that just looks stupid. This screen thing is now becoming a dangerous distraction and is no longer just annoying.

    1. Agreed.
The front passenger does NOT need a screen in that location.

  5. Combining 24″ rims and tires with the rock hard miserably uncomfortable seats is a mistake. I HATE the seats in my 2017 Escalade Platinum ESV. Never again!

    Reply
    1. The seats were completely redesigned for the 2021 and newer Escalades… much better than what’s in the 2017/last-gen.

  6. The coast-to-coast screen in the ’24 Nautilus is being slammed, big time, and this will get the same reaction. No one asked for it, but we get it anyway. Pathetic.

    1. some people did ask for it, and GM will still sell every unit they can build even if it does get criticized

  7. How can we return to normalcy after this? More screen = less chance at a distinctive style. A screen is a screen. Generic.

    1. GM’s screen tech is top notch and looks completely different from Mercedes Benz Hyperscreen. If done right it does look very different from your competition.

      1. 91fairladyz: And yet, it’s still a screen spanning the dash from side to side. Still a dangerous distraction whether you wish to admit it or not.

        1. why do you think it’s any more distracting than the screen in the current model?

          1. Izzy, your question is simply a ploy for upvotes and/or to be argumentative. You can’t be serious about that question.

If your family is driving down the street minding their own business and you have a HUGE gas hog SUV like this coming towards them at 45 MPH, would you rather the driver of that huge SUV be looking at the road ahead or the wall to wall screens? Serious question.

BTW, I didn’t say the current model screen is ideal. It too is distracting.

            1. If you had a huge 7000-8000 pound electric hog like an Escalade (low) IQ coming at you at 45 mph, would YOU rather have that driver looking at the road ahead or the wall to wall screens? Serious question. Motive power is irrelevant. “HUGE gas hog SUV” is simply a ploy to advance a twisted EV agenda… when the EV version is WORSE in size and rolling momentum than the normal version.

            2. I am not sure how distracted driving has impacted your life. When i see an Escalade coming at me I don’t panic the way you seem too. Maybe it’s time for you to hang up the keys? I am perhaps the only person in this comment section that has driven this vehicle and it is no more distracting than the current version, which i also don’t find distracting. The screen on the passenger side is not visible by the driver, so from the drivers perspective, there is really no differences over the current version. I suppose the only way you are going to be happy is if we go back to analog gauges and 8 track radios.

  8. I hate this. What vast wealth of information could possibly justify this ridiculous amount of space?

  9. I really like screens and technology, yet, who would want to pay for the screen replacements in these things in the next 10 years. Man it’s gonna cost an arm and a leg!!

    Reply
    1. Maybe, maybe not. Ironically the reason they are going to screens is they are less expensive than a real dial type dash. And those prices are going down not up. Contrast that with if you buy real switch hardware for electronics. Real hardware is going up in price. Look at China vehicles. No buttons/switches/dials, just a touchscreen. And look at their prices. Now I agree, replacement cost may be outrageous. Retail price and manufacturing cost often have no correlation. Take that 1200 dollar smart thermostat that the major brands have. Probably 50 to make. But locked in if you have a “communicating” system.

  10. I’m not convinced that thing you call a climate control screen isn’t someone’s tablet who is just testing 😂

  11. This new design is terrible, why ruin a good thing? The new front end is garbage. Was going to get a new Sport Platinum Onyx next year after I finalize a sale but now I can’t. My business will most likely go to Mercedes if they’re serious about this new exterior. 2024 front end is basically the holy grail of Escalades

  13. Whoever designed the new grill needs to go – ain’t no way this thing is going to sell. Keep the 2021-2024 body for awhile and forget about the IQesq update (IQ’s gonna fail too, watch)

  14. The placement of the headlights hurts my brain…it’s just “off”. Something doesn’t look right. Current front ends are really nice, no need to downgrade them
