The various 2024 Corvette drive modes are available through the Driver Mode Control (DMC) system, and tailor the vehicle’s performance to suit the driving condition, or to simply satisfy personal preference. The modes on offer include Weather, Tour, Sport, and Track, along with two customizable modes: My Mode and Z-Mode. There’s also a selection of Drive Modes specific to the hybrid-powered Corvette E-Ray. Each setting adjusts various vehicle systems, such as the powertrain, suspension, steering, and braking, in order to optimize the car’s dynamics for specific conditions or preferences.

Switch to Sport mode, and the Corvette tightens its reflexes for more spirited driving, automatically downshifting and sharpening the suspension. Track mode escalates the car’s capabilities to racetrack levels, maximizing handling and engine sound.
