2024 Chevy Traverse Gets New Harvest Bronze Metallic Color: First Look

Boldly debuting the crossover model’s third generation with all-new, vigorous styling, a more aggressive stance, an overhauled interior, and a new trim level, the 2024 Chevy Traverse also gets three new exterior paint colors. These include Harvest Bronze Metallic, Lakeshore Blue Metallic, and Stardust Metallic to indirectly replace three other paints retired from the palette. Here are the details of the Harvest Bronze color.

Tagged with color code GXN and touch-up paint number WA-135H, Harvest Bronze Metallic is one of eight paint colors offered on the 2024 Chevy Traverse, with the full list appearing below:

  • Iridescent Pearl Tricoat
  • Mosaic Black Metallic
  • Radiant Red Tintcoat
  • Sterling Gray Metallic
  • Summit White
  • Harvest Bronze Metallic (new for 2024)
  • Lakeshore Blue Metallic (new for 2024)

The Harvest Bronze Metallic color is available only on the Z71 trim level of the 2024 Traverse, not the LS, LT, or RS trims. Therefore, it can be combined exclusively with the Jet Black with Torch Red accents interior colorway, the only colorway available for the Z71 trim. It is a no-charge option.

As a reminder, the interior colorways on offer for the 2024 Chevy Traverse are as follows:

  • Jet Black with Torch Red accents

As GM Authority previously revealed, pricing for the 2024 model year of the Bow Tie crossover starts at $38,995 for the FWD configured LS trim level. The highest starting MSRP is $57,595 for the range-topping RS trim level equipped with all-wheel drive. These prices include a $1,395 destination freight charge.

For motivation, the third-gen 2024 Chevy Traverse relies on the turbocharged 2.5L I4 LK0 gasoline engine developing 328 horsepower and 326 pound-feet of torque. Cog swaps for the vehicle are provided by the GM eight-speed automatic transmission. The standard drivetrain configuration is front-wheel drive, while buyers can optionally choose all-wheel drive.

For structure, the 2024 Traverse is underpinned by a revised version of the long-wheelbase variant of the GM C1 platform. This platform includes new features like the Global B digital architecture. Production of the model takes place at the GM Lansing Delta Township plant in Michigan.

  5. In 2024 Chevy Traverse, which color is more forgiving when it comes to looking dirty in between car washes? I had a Silver Nissan, and I could go longer in between car washes, compared to my Black Nissan which looks extremely dusty 4-5 days after washing. I wouldn’t know my Silver Nissan was really dirty until after washing it.

I know Black and White are the easiest to get and look dirty.

    – Is Stardust Metallic easy to keep clean / look clean?
    – Lakeshore Blue Metallic?
    – Harvest Bronze Metallic?

    Thank You!
