GM Confirms All-New 2025 Buick Enclave For Mexico

In addition to announcing the next-generation Buick flagship crossover in Canada simultaneously with its global debut in Detroit, General Motors confirmed the all-new 2025 Buick Enclave for Mexico.

The automaker has just reconfirmed the all-new 2025 Buick Enclave as its next launch in Mexico, one of Buick’s few auxiliary markets internationally and the only country in Latin America where the Tri-Shield brand has a formal presence. Although it did not announce any timeline for the local introduction, the company confirms that the 2025 Enclave will arrive in the Mexican market in the coming months.

Notably, confirmation of the all-new 2025 Buick Enclave in Mexico completes the all-new crossover’s debut in all three North American countries – the only region where Buick markets the full-size Enclave manufactured exclusively at the GM Lansing Delta Township plant in Michigan. Since late 2019, GM’s premium brand has been manufacturing and selling a different mid-size Buick Enclave in China, exclusive to that country.

Unlike the United States and Canada, GM Mexico did not reveal the trim levels in which the all-new third-generation 2025 Buick Enclave will be offered in the local market. However, it’s likely that only the Sport Touring (ST) and Avenir trims will arrive in Mexico – as is usually the case with the brand’s most recent launches in the country.

In any case, the 2025 Buick Enclave for Mexico will be equipped with the only powertrain available in the new generation of the full-size crossover, composed of the new turbocharged 2.5L I4 LK0 engine, which develops 328 horsepower and 326 pound-feet of torque, mated to the GM eight-speed automatic transmission. In addition, it will include the 30-inch ultra-wide instrument cluster and infotainment screen as well as multiple advanced safety features as standard.

The all-new 2025 Buick Enclave is expected to officially launch in Mexico late this year, a couple of months after the flagship crossover goes on sale in the United States and Canada later this summer. The exact sales start date, equipment levels, features and pricing of the 2025 Enclave for Mexico will be announced closer to launch.

  1. I guess GM doesn’t want repeat Cadillac buyers for their 2025 XT6. (A few weeks ago, this site announced GMs plan not to upgrade or change their 2025 XT6). Although 2025 Buick gets upgrades!?
Bought a 2020 XT6 after ordering a new 2020 Blazer, which they lost for 3 more months after it was received in Jacksonville FL port. Was told by Bob Steel Chev in Cocoa, FL to come pick it up Monday. Never came in on Fri! On my way home to Cocoa Beach, I rode by Mike Erdman Cadillac and pulled in. Bought off the lot that day. Explains why I am totally done with Chevs. After 4 yrs and now going to be 5 yrs without a change on the XT6, I guess I am done with GM all together.
Never thought I would switch, but the BMW M5 is what I will be driving before end of yr, seeing GM just keeps giving me the middle finger!

  2. That’s what happens when you try to buy a vehicle during the pandemic. Lol

And the reason why you’re not seeing any new ICE Cadillac vehicles is because Cadillac is quickly transitioning to all EV. Cadillac will be GM’s first brand to be 100% electric!

    Game plan as follows:

    XT4 being replaced by Optiq
    XT5 being replaced by Lyriq
    XT6 being replaced by Vistiq
Escalade being replaced by Escalade IQ
