  1. It would be a lot higher if you didn’t muff the Colorado Caynons and Blazer Ev!

  2. If you look closely at the numbers, all GM’s big profit vehicles like the Silverado, Sierra, Tahoe, Suburban, Yukon and regular Escalade are all down. Ya small SUVs are up 65% but let’s talk actual lost profits. With the ridiculous escalation in prices, more and more Canadians are being squeezed out of large SUV and truck purchases. There’s a price point threshold where most people can’t go over. Even Buicks top SUV, the Enclave is down in sales. People can’t afford these vehicles anymore and it’s starting to show.

  3. How about using a photo of current GM Canada HQ instead of the old Colonel Sam Drive HQ?
That location that was sold to Ontario Power in 2023, GMA even reported on the sale!
Post an image of the Wentworth Street location instead!

  4. That is no longer GM canada headquarters illustrated in the first picture

    1. Agreed and correct Kevin, as I already commented. It is not journalism at any level when basic research is sorely lacking.

I was going to post a link, but GMA seems to pull posts with links unless they provide them.

The current GM HQ address is 500 Wentworth Street WEST Oshawa ON L1J 0C5

If the author of this article had bothered to research the archived posts and click on the original GMA post, which listed the sale of the building to Ontario Power in 2023, right there on the image in that article, a pop-up states “Former GM…”
