When it comes to motivation, two powertrains are offered for the 2024 Cadillac XT5, including the turbocharged 2.0L I4 LSY gasoline engine developing 235 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque, and the naturally aspirated 3.6L V6 LGX gasoline engine rated at 310 horsepower and 271 pound-feet of torque. Both engines are paired with the GM nine-speed automatic transmission, with front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive configurations available.
Under the skin, the Cadillac XT5 is underpinned by the GM C1 platform, while production takes place at the GM Spring Hill plant in Tennessee.
