2024 Chevy Blazer EV Gets Price Drop In Canada

As GM Authority has been closely following, the U.S. stop-sale order on the Blazer EV was finally lifted after roughly three months of enforcement. Notably, with sales of the Bow Tie all-electric crossover resuming, General Motors announced that prices had also been revised, and now, Canadian-spec 2024 Chevy Blazer EV units have seen a similar drop in starting prices.

With the Canadian stop-sale order lifted, The General has revealed that Chevy Blazer EV starting MSRPs have been slashed to the tune of at least $3,699.

  1. $15,000 more than a comparable PHEV and both qualify for federal tax rebate a long with any specific provincial rebates

Took GM too long to realize HEV and PHEV are the current and near term solution. Barra needs to go, her stock buy back lining shareholder pockets is all that keeps her around, no way the board still supports her otherwise

  2. Shareholders want a return on their investment like anyone of us. As long as they are happy with their returns nothing major will change at the top. Probably the shareholders are a conservative bunch, playing is safe.

  3. 2 Blazers at my local dealership in Alberta. One an ICE RS AWD that sold for $57,000, the other an EV still available for just under $75,000. Salesman said there’s next to zero interest in them from the buying public.
