Three accent packages for the 2024 Cadillac XT5 crossover are available to order again, including the Blue Accent Package (RPO code PDL), the Bronze Accent Package (RPO code PDJ) and the Red Accent Package (RPO code PDK), GM Authority has learned.
These three accent packages for the 2024 Cadillac XT5 have been under constraint and unavailable to order since December 2023, for unspecified reasons.
The Blue, Bronze, and Red Accent Packages are LPO or dealer-installed options for the 2024 model year of the Cadillac XT5. Each package is normally available to order in conjunction with any exterior paint color and is priced at an additional $2,995.
Each of the packages consists of the content listed below. Body decals and wheel center caps match the appropriate package color (RPO codes are given in parentheses):
- Blue, Bronze or Red body decal, LPO (SB9)
- Monochrome Cadillac emblems, LPO (SFZ)
- 20-inch Gloss Black wheels, LPO (S2K)
- Blue, Bronze or Red wheel center cap, LPO (5ZF or 5ZD)
- Black wheel lug nuts, LPO (SPY)
- Black wheel locks, LPO (SPZ)
- Tire Pressure Monitor, LPO (SD5)
While it was originally believed GM would retire the Cadillac XT5 crossover in North America following the 2024 model year, more recent info indicates the XT5 will soldier on for at least one more year. We learned last November that the 2025 XT5 was under consideration for the North American market rather than becoming a China-exclusive model.
More recently, sources confirmed the U.S. and Canada will see the debut of the 2025 Cadillac XT5. The Cadillac XT6 crossover and Cadillac CT4 sedan will also be continued into the next model year rather than being dropped from Caddy’s lineup as it moves closer to its 2030 goalpost for an all-electric portfolio.
A Chinese government office, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, leaked photos of the Chinese variant of the Cadillac XT5 at the start of 2024.
As a reminder, the XT5 is motivated either by the turbocharged 2.0L I4 LSY gasoline engine rated at 235 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque, or the naturally aspirated 3.6L V6 LGX gasoline engine developing 310 horsepower and 271 pound-feet of torque.
The GM C1 platform provides the underpinnings with production of the crossover taking place at the GM Spring Hill plant in Tennessee.

I have been waiting for the XT5 to have a dash similar to the XT4. Hope that 2025 will be the year it happens. I have a SRX that I purchased in 2011. Love Cadillac and I want to stay with then.
