Three months after announcing that the refreshed Chevy Spin will adopt OnStar connectivity in Brazil, General Motors has just announced that the updated 2025 Chevy Spin will debut very soon in Brazil.
GM Brazil revealed that the updated 2025 Chevy Spin will be the first of six Chevrolet launches this year in South America’s largest country, the birthplace and sole production center of the Bow Tie brand’s subcompact multipurpose vehicle. In fact, the company announced that the reworked Spin will go on sale in the Brazilian market during the first quarter of the new calendar year.
As GM Authority exclusively teased early last year, the updated 2025 Chevy Spin will receive a major makeover that includes a revised exterior with the brand’s latest global design cues, a fully refreshed cabin with next-generation technologies, and more security features. The new Spin’s changes consitute a thorough update to the current model rather than a ground-up redesign.
Aesthetically, the main novelty of the updated 2025 Chevy Spin is expected to be a new front-end design with a Y-shaped grille that accentuates the edges of its front fascia, LED daytime running lights in a higher position and headlights integrated into the bumper, resulting in an appearance inspired by the all-new Chevy Seeker/Trax. In addition, the rear fascia will receive new horizontally arranged taillamps and changes to the liftgate design.
However, one of the most important changes to the 2025 Chevy Spin will be a completely redesigned cabin with the brand’s latest technological features, including a new dash-mounted dual-screen module that combines a digital instrument cluster with the infotainment system touchscreen. New seats, a new steering wheel and more equipment will also be part of the interior overhaul, while a new powertrain option could be added to improve performance.
The updated 2025 Chevy Spin will debut very soon as the brand’s first launch for this year in Brazil, where it will be revealed in the coming weeks during the broadcast of the reality show Big Brother Brasil and will arrive in dealerships at the end of the first quarter. The reworked MPV will continue to be manufactured at the GM São Caetano do Sul plant to supply the domestic market and other countries in the region.
