The mid-engine C8 Corvette is nothing short of a runaway success, and GM simply can’t build enough units to satisfy demand. Even so, there are some configurations that are rarer than others, especially when it comes to specific exterior and interior color combinations. Now, GM Authority is taking a closer look at the rarest 2023 Corvette Stingray color combinations produced.
The 2023 Corvette Stingray is available in 14 exterior colors and eight interior colorways, although some combinations are not permitted without the Color Combination Override option (RPO code D30). As such, there are a few examples of the 2023 Corvette out there with truly unique one-of-one color combinations, as well as a few examples that are one-of-two or one-of-three. Indeed, any 2023 Corvette Stingray color combination produced in only one, two, or three units required the special Color Combination Override option.
Let’s start with the 2023 Corvette Stingray Coupe, only one unit of which was produced with a Torch Red exterior (paint code GKZ) and Tension Blue / Twilight Blue interior. There’s also only one example of the 2023 Corvette with a Caffeine Metallic exterior (paint code G48) and Adrenaline Red Dipped interior, and one example with an Amplify Orange Tintcoat exterior (paint code GC5) and Adrenaline Red Dipped interior. Torch Red was the most popular exterior color, while Jet Black was the most popular interior color.

my ‘vette is a 1 of 6 Caffeine over Adrenaline Red, built on a Thursday. I know what I have!!
A break down of how many cars were dealer ordered verse’s customer order’s would be interesting.
Color Override Charge is a Farce – it doesnt cost GM a nickel more to put a red seat in a Black car or a blue car – GM should caution buyers this is a mismatch in their opinion and let the customer buy what he wants without a ridiculous penalty
I have a 2023 caffeine with natural interior an is one of the prettiest car that I ever had an it is the third Corvette I own.
You made a good choice Ray don’t listen to those Numnuts, you’re ahead of you’re time Man!
I have 2020 3lt HTC Adrenaline Yellow. Due for replacement but don’t want same color, don’t like bland. Need Venom that you are putting on Cadillac. Future?
I own a 2023 HTC, 2 LT, Z51, metallic blue outside and adrenaline red inside. I was first to do it, where I live and now more are popping up.
To each his own. No such thing as an ugly Corvette. According to C8Tracker my ZO6 is one of one, but just because of some little options.
One of 25 Red Mist ZO7 coupes with exposed CF aero. I feel that is pretty cool but to be one of one because of the color of seat belts or some thing like that really doesn’t seem like that should be a big deal to make it one of one. Maybe I’m wrong.
Good lord, they made an orange one with a bright red interior 😬
Hey, I’m not into the guessing game on rare combinations. I purchased a Red Mist Metallic 2023 convertible (70th anniversary) with black interior. Call me old school, but I just loved driving it up to San Luis Obispo for a cruise yesterday.
However, to each their own tastes.
Happy cruising everyone.
I’m rather partial to Cacti with Adrenaline Red interior. Actually I own one. Cheers!
