Chevy Trailblazer High Country Rendering Imagines Luxurious Small Crossover

General Motors reintroduced the Chevy Trailblazer nameplate as a small crossover for the 2021 model year, later debuting a model refresh in conjunction with the 2024 model year. Critically, the Chevy Trailblazer lineup doesn’t offer a luxurious High Country trim level, with the current trim level cadence topped by the outdoorsy Activ and sporty RS. Which had us wondering – what would a Chevy Trailblazer High Country look like?
To find out, we grabbed our digital pencils and got down to rendering. Of course, it should be mentioned that, as far as we know, GM does not currently plan to launch a new Chevy Trailblazer High Country trim level. Rather, we put this rendering together just to see what such a thing might look like. We should also mention that we based our Chevy Trailblazer High Country trim on the pre-refresh model produced between the 2021 and 2023 model years, as it offers a little more bling than the Activ trim offered with the refreshed 2024 Chevy Trailblazer.
With that covered, let’s dive into the rendering. The front end shows off the familiar pre-refresh design, but to this, we added a number of High Country-specific upgrades, including new bronze accents for the upper grille, as well as a bronze finish for the lower grille and faux skid plate. The combination of these pieces adds a good deal of shine to the crossover’s fascia, which definitely falls in line with what we’d expect from a range-topping luxury trim level.
The profile reveals further High Country-specific upgrades, such as new badging for the front fenders, plus a set of trim-exclusive 20-inch wheels with a silver finish and black accents.
Moving into the rear, additional bronze accents were added to the lower fascia trim, as well as the section between the twin exhaust outlets on either side of the bumper. To finish it off, we placed a High Country badge in the corner of the rear hatch.
Of course, High Country trim levels aren’t just about shiny additions to the exterior – they also typically include some additional luxury and amenities in the cabin. As such, we imagine this Chevy Trailblazer High Country would include a unique leather interior, possibly with a Jet Black and Umber accents colorway, similar to the Chevy Silverado High Country.
As a reminder, the Chevy Trailblazer offers two engine options, including the turbocharged 1.2L I3 LIH gasoline engine and the turbocharged 1.3L I3 L3T gasoline engine. The GM VSS-F platform provides the underpinnings. Production takes place at the GM Bupyeong plant in South Korea.

Dan B… it’s still better then a Cadillac cimeron lol…or whatever ever 80s anti technology car you drive.
To the person putting my info above: Why do you feel it’s appropriate? What do you have to gain by doing such a stupid thing? Because you think it’s cute?
You know, there’s a ton of comments left on here that I really don’t like nor agree with. Sometimes I will leave my own comment in response to what is said and I try to keep it civil. I take my lumps on many of my comments where many others don’t like what I say and they have every right to feel that way and express it with a down vote if that’s what makes you feel better. But the last thing I’d do is go leaving comments acting like I’m someone that I’m not. Yet here we are once again and imagine my confusion when reading an article and then seeing a comment supposedly left by me when it’s not. What a sad state of affairs.
So to whoever that is. Grow the F up and leave your own comments.
I am the only person in this world with the name Dan and a last name that starts with a B. Will everyone please stop impersonating me.

Oh, please. I wanted to hurl. The TB is not a candidate for luxury. Just like offering an Avenir trim on the Encore GX and Envista is pure blasphemy and absurd. What’s next? A new Terrain Denali Ultimate Super Duper Plus?
There is already a Buick Encore GX Avenir in the Trailblazer High-Country position.
I’m waiting for a RestoMod “High Country” Vega at “Mecum”.
That’s ridiculous. May as well give Cadillac a version of it ,like the rebadged chevy caviler in the 80s. They’ll be asking over 50k if they go high country . They’re overpriced now going to 35 k and up
The problem is it would be $40,000. No thanks!
