The 2023 Corvette Z06 looks mean, and with the right wheels, it can look even meaner. As such, GM offers C8 Corvette Z06 customers a wealth of different wheel designs to customize their sports car as they see fit. Of course, the popularity of these wheel options varies quite a bit, making some of the rollers rather rare finds. Now, GM Authority is taking a closer look at the most and least popular wheel choices for the 2023 Corvette Z06.
To note, there are two LPO-level (dealer-installed) wheel options not included in this list, specifically the Spider design, Satin Graphite forged aluminum with Red stripe wheels (RPO code 5DH), and the Spider design, Tech Bronze forged aluminum wheels (RPO code 5DK), both of which are offered as a separate set.
It’s also worth noting that we’ve combined figures for the 2023 Corvette Z06 Coupe and 2023 Corvette Z06 Convertible in determining the most and least popular wheels sets, so check out the table below for a breakdown of how these sets are divided among Coupes and Convertibles.
Finally, all wheels listed here are sized at 20 inches in diameter up front and 21 inches in diameter in the rear, with both aluminum and carbon fiber wheels on offer.
With that covered, let’s dive into the numbers. At the top of the list are the Spider design, Black forged aluminum wheels (RPO code SOA), which are the standard wheel choice for all 2023 Corvette Z06 trim levels. No surprise then that these wheels are also the most popular, with over 36 percent of units equipped with the Spider design, Black forged aluminum wheels.
The second, third, and fourth most popular wheels are more closely matched in terms of percentages, with the Spider design, Satin Graphite forged aluminum wheel with Red stripe (RPO code SOQ), the Spider design, Titanium Satin forged aluminum wheel (RPO code SOE), and the Visible carbon fiber wheel (RPO code ROZ) found on 15.9 percent, 14.3 percent, and 13.6 percent of 2023 Corvette Z06 units, respectively.
Check out the table below for a more thorough breakdown of the most and least popular 2023 Corvette Z06 wheel choices:

So lets see—- They have a titanium and carbon options but there aluminum ??? Did someone from the george soros team make this up ?
I’m disappointed that the C8 has never came with a high polished alloy rim like the C7. The black or satin finish is so dull. GM there are still guys that like some bling not a black rim that looks like it belongs on a winter set of traction tires.
Blair. Send them out and have them done in black chrome. Best of both worlds.
I was able to get the Exposed CF wheels on my car. Not real crazy about the Cup 2R tires that it came with for street use and don’t really want to have somebody trying to change the tires with those wheels, I took the $5,000 that I received for not selling in the first six months and ordered a set of the Forged Aluminum Spider wheels in Satin Graphite with the S4 summer only tires. I had to put some money with it but it was worth it.
To tell u the truth I like the looks of the Spider wheels better. I’m surprised that my Spider wheels are rarer than my CF wheels. Go figure
