The 2024 Cadillac CT4 adds one new exterior color to its palette: Midnight Sky Metallic. Here’s our first look at the new Midnight hue.
Assigned RPO code GXF and touch-up paint code WA-132H, Midnight Sky Metallic is one of eight exterior colors offered on the small luxury sedan, which include:
- Black Raven
- Radiant Red Tintcoat
- Crystal White Tricoat
- Summit White
- Argent Silver Metallic
- Wave Metallic
- Midnight Steel Metallic
- Midnight Sky Metallic (new for 2024)
The Midnight Sky Metallic color is an extra-cost item that adds an additional $625 to the sedan’s price. It is available on all three “regular” CT4 trim levels – Luxury, Premium Luxury, Sport – and can be combined with all interior colorways.
For reference, here are all four available interior colorways offered on the 2024 CT4:
- Jet Black with Jet Black accents
- Whisper Beige with Jet Black accents
- Cinnamon with Jet Black accents
- Sangria with Jet Black accents
The 2024 Cadillac CT4 arrives with a few minor changes compared to the preceding 2023 model year, including the arrival of new Red Accent Package. Here’s everything that’s new and different for the 2024 Cadillac CT4.
The Cadillac CT4 rides on the GM Alpha 2 platform and is offered with the turbocharged 2.0L I4 LSY gasoline engine, rated at 237 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque, on all three trim levels. These models carry the 350T badge on the decklid. The turbocharged 2.7L I4 L3B, rated at 310 horsepower and 350 pound-feet of torque, is available as an option on the Premium Luxury trim; these models wear the 500T badge. The LSY engine connects to the GM eight-speed automatic transmission, while the L3B engine connects to the GM 10-speed automatic transmission. All these trims are available in both rear-wheel drive and optional all-wheel drive configurations.
Overall, Cadillac ranked average in the Consumer Reports 2024 Reliability Report, though it still placed above the average dependability of U.S. automakers.
Production of the 2024 Cadillac CT4 at the GM Lansing Grand River plant in Michigan began this past July and will end on May 30th. Looking forward, there has yet to be any official confirmation that there will actually be a 2025 Cadillac CT4.
