About Chevrolet Malibu

The 2023 Chevy Malibu ushered in a variety of important changes and updates compared to the 2022 Chevy Malibu. The biggest news is that the midsize sedan no longer offered the Premier trim level nor the turbocharged 2.0L I4 LTG gasoline engine that powered it, along with the GM nine-speed automatic transmission.

The 2024 Chevy Malibu arrives as the ninth model year of the ninth-generation nameplate with just a handful of changes and updates over the 2023 Malibu. One those includes the 2024 Chevy losing the standard spare wheel and tire combo, replaced by GM’s tire inflator kit.
