General Motors revealed the all-new 2026 Cadillac Vistiq for the U.S. market on December 14th, but also announced Cadillac‘s next all-electric crossover in Canada as well.
The Cadillac Canada team took advantage of the global debut of the all-new 2026 Cadillac Vistiq to announce the brand-new utility vehicle in the neighboring country, where the brand also plans to expand its portfolio of all-electric models with the incorporation of its largest next-generation electric crossover. As in the United States, there is still no estimated timeline for the introduction of the Vistiq in the Canadian market.
Notably, the all-new Cadillac Vistiq is the brand’s upcoming full-size, three-row electric crossover based on the Ultium architecture, captured multiple times by GM Authority in prototype form during the testing period – referring to it as the above-Lyriq model. Precisely, the new Vistiq will be positioned above the Cadillac Lyriq in the lineup as a distinctive and innovative crossover “designed for the modern family.”
Aesthetically, the all-new 2026 Cadillac Vistiq presents its own interpretation of Cadillac’s design language with a traditional large crossover format and a stylized body boasting organic lines, giving it a modern and imposing appearance. The front stands out for its massive illuminated grille module similar to the one introduced by the Lyriq but with a larger and more vertical format, combined with large separate headlights and more prominent bumper moldings.
The 2026 Cadillac Vistiq’s profile shows an athletic appearance with muscular wheel arches and well-defined shapes, as well as a generous glass area with upright lines. The rear of the Vistiq has a squared-off shape and is distinguished by adopting two-tier vertical taillights combined with horizontal lighting strips under the rear window, which is much less inclined than that of other Cadillac electric vehicles.
Full details of the all-new 2026 Cadillac Vistiq in both the United States and Canada are expected to be officially announced during the next calendar year, when it is scheduled to be unveiled as the next member of Cadillac’s zero-emission model family. The Vistiq becomes the fifth member of Cadillac’s EV lineup following the Lyriq, Celestiq, Escalade IQ and Optiq.

100% silhouette of Lincoln Aviator, just better jewelery details. Not knocking it, I want one!!
The Aviator (much like the Genesis SUVs) slouch in the rear like they’re squatting, this looks more upright and like a bodyguard in a tuxedo. This looks way better than the Aviator to me.
Is this the same demensions as the XT4?
No way. Not with a 3rd row. Probably an XT6 replacement
Need to see some specs before I can give an opinion…..like range and towing capacity….
