The 2024 Buick Envision ushers in a mid-cycle enhancement, more popularly known as a refresh, complete with a variety of updates and changes for the crossover. Notably, it was originally understood that the 2024 Envision would offer the semi-autonomous GM Super Cruise driver assist system. Now, however, GM Authority has learned that the 2024 Buick Envision will not offer Super Cruise after all.
The 2024 Buick Envision will not offer the GM Super Cruise system due to unspecified constraints. The refreshed Envision was originally set to offer the hands-free driving feature via the Super Cruise Package (RPO code WK7), which also included Lane Active Safety Keep Assist (Handsfree Following), Driver Monitoring System, a 5G web connection, and Enhanced Automatic Parking Assist, but now, the Super Cruise Package for the 2024 Envision will no longer be available. As such, prices will be reduced accordingly.
Additionally, the Technology Package I (RPO code CXH) will now be included as standard on all 2024 Envision trim levels. The Technology Package I includes the Bose Premium nine-speaker audio system (RPO code UQS) and a Head-Up Display (RPO code UV6). This package was initially set to be offered as optional for Preferred and Sport Touring (ST) trim levels, and included as standard on Avenir.
In addition to the changes already mentioned, MSRP for the 2024 Buick Envision will increase by $1,000 for all Preferred and ST orders not originally optioned with the Technology Package. For those Preferred and ST orders that did include the Technology Package, the MSRP will decrease by $405, as the original pricing for the Technology Package was $1,405.
Full pricing details for the 2024 Buick Envision are still forthcoming. As GM Authority was the first to cover, the launch of the 2024 Buick Envision has once again been delayed, and is now expected to arrive no sooner than late 2024.
As a reminder, the 2024 Envision features the turbocharged 2.0L I4 LSY gasoline engine and rides on the GM E2 platform, with production set to take place at the GM China SAIC-GM Jinqiao South plant.

Does GM hate the Envision? What is going on here lol
That is typical Bad Buick.
A Buick dealer told me he expects Buick to be gone in about two years.
To be fair this is a poor look, but Buick is sticking around. GM is investing too much in them as a brand; they’ve spent a billion on buying out underperforming dealers to help Buick run a better operation. You don’t spend a billion on a brand you don’t plan on keeping long term.
Buick will become a China only product. Very sad ending to a great brand in the USA, that used to be made in the USA…..
So it won’t drive itself under a Semi ?
And that’s a bad thing ?
… just trying to keep up with the AI/AV tech.
Have the people at buick lost their mind. You can not get the power passenger on the mid size envision. You can not even order the power seat. Cadillac and the brazer will allow this option but not BUICK. What is wrong with so called great minds in the buick heavens. I dare those minds to give me a good answer.
To clarify, 6-way manual passenger seat is all that’s available until you get up to the Avenir trim, with standard 8-way power for the passenger. Blazer requires you to go up to a 3LT trim before it’s available, and RS for 6-way to be standard. I have a funny feeling that MSRPs for an base Envision Avenir and a Blazer (optioned up) 3LT / RS aren’t too far apart…just a guess.
Who closes first? Lincoln or Buick? Both are DOA due to lack of anything stimulating.
GM should make a bold statement. After the Cruise automation fiasco, they should stand behind their technology, make SuperCruise STANDARD across all models. Justify this as a safety measure like disc brakes. Go bold, make a statement, generate sales… They won’t do this however, because how do you charge a subscription for a safety feature?
I don’t know what they’re talking about. The invasion not offering pier states. I have a two thousand and eighteen that has power passenger and driver seats
I purchased a 2018 Buick envision in 2020 it had 9000 miles on it. I got it for 27,000. TTL. I paid it off in two years. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the decision I made.
I put 75,000 miles on it. I went Have it serviced and the brakes checked and I assumed it needed front brake pads at least but they were still half a life left in them. It has 84000 miles on it. Looking forward to buying another one. Still looks brand new inside and out. I gave it to my 17 year-old daughter. Will buy a used one Not sure what year yet 22, 23 maybe.
