Potential customers and interested fans can now search GMC’s website to locate available 2024 GMC Hummer EV inventory. Previously, the 2024 model year for the all-electric Hummer was not included in the GM inventory search tool. Production of the all-electric Hummer has gradually increased since it initially began in 2021.
To locate available GMC Hummer EV inventory using the GMC website, navigate to GMC.com and click on “View Inventory” under the “Shopping” menu pulldown. The search inventory tool will list the GMC Hummer EV Pickup under the 2023 and 2024 model years, and the GMC Hummer EV SUV under the 2024 model year. Use the Vehicle filter option to select between available model years, as well as vehicle type, starting MSRP, and available seats. There’s also an option to sort the search results based on price (low to high) or seating (low to high).
The starting price for the 2023 GMC Hummer EV Pickup is listed at $100,395 including the destination freight charge, while the starting price for the 2024 GMC Hummer EV Pickup and 2024 GMC Hummer EV SUV are both listed at $98,845.
Selecting any of the available all-electric Hummer models provides the user with more refined search options, including search radius, price range, trim level, exterior options, dealer, VIN, and more. Search results can be sorted by distance and price.
Production of the all-electric Hummer began in October of the 2021 calendar year, and has gradually increased since then, with a break during December of 2022 and January of 2023 to upgrade the GM Factory Zero facility where the Hummer is produced for production of the Chevy Silverado EV and GMC Sierra EV.
As of July of 2023, a total of 16,088 units of the all-electric Hummer have been produced. GM states that it sold 1,167 units of the all-electric Hummer in Q3 of the 2023 calendar year, including both the Pickup and the SUV body style. Back in September 2022, GM said it had roughly 90,000 reservations for the all-electric Hummer inhand. GM also says that it expects the SUV variant to account for roughly 60 percent of total all-electric Hummer sales.

GM/GMC really needs to control the dealer mark ups. When one is considering a vehicle that is now 165 really opens the door to other brands/vehicles.
My local dealer has one that is MSRP $115,000 with a sale price of $145,000. Markups have gotten out of control and closing the door on sales. Same goes for other GM/GMC vehicles. As long as the dealers are turning a profit for GM, they are unlikely to crack down.
I was really hyped to buy a Hummer EV SUV but the more I see it… the less I want. Especially when I think about the EV battery replacement costs in the future.
Do ya ever publish that search link in any article where you say its available….that would help or did I miss it in the article!
LOL. So the article basically says they had 90,000 reservations ‘in hand’ but 16,088 units satisfied that demand. That’s roughly an 82% customer drop out! “You can perform an inventory search!” really means “We have a bunch of unsold electric Hummers, please buy one!”.
Smells like a disaster brewing.
Unless the customer backs out most Hummers you’ll find in the search are spoken for already. The search tool just shows vehicles sent to a dealer. Not if the dealer already has a customer for the vehicle
True, except dealers all over the country have new Hummer trucks and SUV’S sitting in inventory. The demand has cooled way off, values have fallen and will continue to.
There are none in inventory (near MSRP). If you find one (at MSRP), buy it and flip it.
I s add cruelly saw my first one in the wild in my free red state last week. Not a big deal just shook my head wondering who would pay that much money for that??
Wow, autocorrect sure butchered my comment. It should say “I finally saw……”. Sorry about that.
yes the dealer gets the hummer and puts a $30-50k markup and the person with the reservation says no way and they then sell to highest sucker…
